Oil delivered on revised day and time, earlier than expected. Advice on "be available from.." needs improvement. Start time was before dawn! It wasn't! Access required entry through locked garage... No knock, ring, to advise arrival just saw delivery note in letterbox afterwards.. So accessed over neighbours garden and locked gate to my 8 foot high wall and delivered oil! Ok by me but not (probably) good practice!

Ordered online, having shopped around to make sure that the price was competitive. Was given a ten day delivery window but the oil arrived within two days. We were out at the time, but everything was left as it should be, gates shut etc. Small refund to my account within a week or so. Fast, efficient service.

Easy quote good service delivery when expected

Easy to order on line. Unfortunately delivery date missed. Would be charged extra for next day or five day delivery. Any discount for late delivery? Overall still good service.

The marker on my central heating oil tank site gauge was stating I needed to order some more heating oil. Having been a Goff/CPS customer for several years I contacted them Monday lunchtime 13th January 2025 for a quote, they beat an online quote by 16 pence and quoted me £336.00 to which I agreed. As per other orders I requested a text be sent a day before the expected delivery so I could organise good access for the tanker delivery driver. I received a text from Goff/CPS at 14.47 confirming my order. 9 (nine) days later on Wednesday 22nd January 2025 at around 10.30am a Goff tanker registration number EY20 KZZ delivered some heating oil to a neighbour four doors away from my property. I was half expecting the driver to call and make a delivery at my property so I quickly went outside and opened the gates and moved a partially covered motorbike parked in my drive to ensure clear access to my tank. Unfortunately the driver didn`t call at my property and drove off after making the delivery to my neighbour. I called Goff/CPS, gave my account number 5154267 and explained I had placed an order on Monday 13th January 2025 and that their tanker had just made a delivery to a neighbour. As the visible level on my central heating tank sight guage was below the re-order now marker I asked if they could please advise when my delivery would take place. I was informed that my delivery had not been scheduled yet but would be within 10 days of the order. I explained I was getting low on heating oil but was informed I should have enough. As at the time of writing this review, Friday 24.01.2025, I have still not received a text from Goff/CPS advising of delivery. As a precaution and to ensure I have enough, I am going to have to purchase some heating oil from the local Freebridge garage in West lynn who are able to dispense heating oil into 5 gallon plastic containers. I will be speaking to my neighbour when I see her to ask when exactly she ordered her heating oil as I am curious to know whether it was before or after I placed my order. This is an honest and genuine appraisal of the situation I find myself in. Will I be using Goff/CPS in the future......based on this experience probably not. The Trustpilot reviews under the one star rating for this company are quite revealing. They do however possess an 88% five star rating so some customers are having better fortune than me. Just in case anyone from Goff/CPS reads my review.......PLEASE ADHERE TO MY WISHES AND DO NOT RESPOND. UPDATE 11.32 on 24.01.2025 Despite requesting no reply from Goff......they go against customer wishes and reply!!!!!! Not interested in placing my postcode for public viewing! Not interested in Goff! Will take my business to another supplier who cares for their customers. SECOND AND LAST UPDATE 28.01.2025 Received a text from Goff timed at 15.40 stating my delivery will be made on 29.01.2025 sometime after 06.30. No it will not! Have cancelled the order and asked for my details to be expunged from their system. Have taken my business to another company who offer delivery within five days and have quoted £25 less than the Goff price.

Delivery arrived on due date as usual. No previous issues with deliveries but after latest delivery the gauge on the oil tank was damaged. The gauge was okay prior to the delivery

I have not received a bad quote yet, delivery is offered within a time frame, which has always been met. The actual delivery always been without problems. Highly recommend this company.
