Generally very quick service,but on this occasion I had waited some time, understandably it's a busy time of year ,but it wasn't til I asked when it was being delivered they contacted me

We ordered, we received a quote as requested, we were given a date for delivery, we requested to be called the day prior to the delivery, this was done. They delivered. What more could have been done. I would say it is a perfect service.
