I contacted customer support and dealt with Simon who went above and beyond to help and support me with my issue and sent out all the required parts free of charge. Best service by far from any hardware company I have dealt with!

My current liquid cooler (LF II 280 RGB Black controller) no longer functions and I have had to install a stock cooler. I have emailed with details of my product issue hoping I can get a replacement. *Edit* They contacted me after making this review and helped me contact the right people to get my issue resolved.

United States | 03 November 2023I bought a Arctic liquid freezer 2 420 A-RGB AIO for my first computer build but thought I had not received the correct mounting bracket for my cpu. I contacted customer support via email and they quickly responded to me the next day. After a brief conversation they had assured me I had the right bracket for my cpu. I was impressed by how fast they responded to me and the level of concern they had for my problem. Great customer service and affordable prices for quality products.

United Kingdom | 04 October 2023Final update. After my below update on the 10th October, later that day, Simon contacted me from Arctic. He explained what had happened with my ticket and the agent that was dealing with me, appologised and got right to sorting my issue. All I can say, is from this point on, Simon and Arctic were outstanding. They replaced my faulty unit right away with a new one. I got almost instant replies and updates, even on weekends. I even had an issue with an air cooler and that was sorted out instantly with a replacement as well. They really made up for the initial poor customer service. I hope Simon gets recognition from Arctic as he truly did go above and beyond. I will definitely use Arctic products again in the future. Update 10/10/2023. Still no reply from customer services. Sent another email in to chase this morning. Really poor customer service, I wouldn't recommend this company. Update 06/10/2023 - After getting an email in the morning of the 04/10/2023 and replying to it. I've had nothing back. Update, Ticket number as requested. CS315913 Submitted a ticket on the 25th September for support on a liquid cooler which has become defective. It appears to have lost a lot of fluid and no long functions. I'm still waiting for a reply 8 days later. They don't have a UK phone number either and no response from twitter. Not sure where the good customer service reviews come from. Very disappointed and unable to use my pc.

Germany | 11 September 2023Habe mir vor einem Jahr einen ARCTIC liquid freezer ii 420mm gekauft bei Computeruniverse GmbH. Leider ist nach einem Jahr ein Lüfter defekt gegangen. ARCTIC hat ohne irgendwelche diskussionen und hin und her mir einen neuen Lüfter zugeschickt. Computeruniverse hat verlangt das ich die ganze AIO ausbaue und denen einschicke damit die mir einen Lüfter austauschen. Und höchstwahrscheinlich hätten die die AIO einfach bei ARCTIC eingesendet und ich hätte länger wie 3 Wochen gewartet. Somit habe ich direkt den Kontakt zu ARCTIC gesucht. SUPER SERVICE TOP. Danke ARCTIC.

Netherlands | 27 June 2023I was in doubt of writing this review as my issue hasn’t been resolved yet and this will probably backfire at me. But as it has been almost three months since I opened my ticket I guess it will never be resolved, so here goes… First of all I want to say that the support personnel are really friendly and as far as I can tell really knowledgeable. I feel like my horrible experience has more to do with lack of personnel and therefore my rating is for the company as a whole. 29/03/2023 My Liquid Freezer ii rev.2 stopped working and I logged a ticket (#GI230361) 31/03/2023 Arctic replied and requested me to attach the invoice, so I did. 03/04/2023 Arctic gave me the details to send my LF2-360 to Germany. 05/04/2023 Arctic received my LF2-360 06/04/2023 Arctic finished their check-up and concluded that my pump was not working. They will send me an exchange unit (refurbished). 13/04/2023 Received my refurbished LF2-360. Installed it the same day and tested it. And… my CPU was running at 88C, more than 20C higher then with my original LF2-360 Up until this point all responses were fairly quick, but I was unfortunate to have received a refurbished unit which wasn’t performing. 14/04/2023 Arctic requested me to take pictures of the way I have mounted it and also pictures of the thermal paste distribution, so I did and replied the same day. 18/04/2023 Arctic suggested that I change the mounting clips and test again. I did this, posted pictures and temperature results (was running 0,6C cooler, but still well over 20C hotter than before). 20/04/2023 Arctic agreed that my unit wasn’t working as it should and promised me to send a new one. They would check on Monday 24/04 if they had any in stock and let me know. 05/05/2023 Haven’t heard anything for two weeks, I send them a reminder for an update. 05/05/2023 Arctic apologises for not responding. They indicate that they don’t have any new units in stock yet and they will get a container with new shipments on 12th of May. 31/05 I haven’t heard anything for more then 2 weeks after the expected new shipment, so I sent them a reminder and asked for an update. Nothing… 14/06/2023 Again send a message requesting an update. Nothing… It’s now 52 days since they last updated me. Such a shame! Update 19/07: My issue has been resolved. I truly hope that people who don't post a negative review will also get the support they deserve.

Sachant que je n'ai que 20 jours pour demander les renvois des pièces a amazon si le remplacement n'est pas pris en charge. #GI456159 edit : un peu plus d'un mois plus tard , prise en charge par le SAV , le point positif c'est que malgré le délai , ils auraient pris en charge 100% des composants qui aurait été touchés par la fuite

Customer service was friendly and very helpful (thank you Lucie). How nice to find a company that actually seems to care about its customers. Well done Arctic.

United Kingdom | 16 March 2023I purchased an Arctic Liquid Freezer ll 360 ARGB CPU cooler, and to say this is an incredible product would be an understatement. I've tried many brands and coolers before and this is the best. Average temps under heavy load of just 58-60c with Ryzen 5900x CPU. Before installation of this cooler my previous one was hitting 85-90c. Excellent performance and i'm a very happy customer. But what i'm really here to comment on is Arctic's customer service. When i purchased this CPU cooler, the mounting kit didn't fit the backplate. This was not a fault of Arctic, but due to a missing piece from a previous installation of a cooler from a different brand. I contacted Arctic to query this and how best to address the situation, or whether its easiest to just replace the whole backplate. They responsed in minutes and not only resolved the issue but also sent me a new backplate, mounting kit and a supply of thermal paste free of charge, even though Arctic were not at fault and it stemmed from a previous installation. The best customer service interaction I've ever had with a company and i'm encouraged to now choose this brand over all others.

Spain | 20 February 2023My ticket #CS204097 is not answered. They don't answer the phone either. I'm lacking the AM3+ mount kit and therefore can't install my Arctic Liquid Freezer II 120mm on a AM5 motherboard. Furthermore, their website states that the piece I need is out of stock. I'm without computer since 15/02 and I'll have to buy another cooler and return Arctic's because of the lack of support. EDIT: I got contacted by ARCTIC just after posting this review and they've sent a mounting kit free of charge to my home. I'm happy with the product which is working silently right now. Arctic was a bit late to answer due to high work load, according to them. However, they ended up offering a good support service and I'm satisfied with the brand.

Estonia | 09 February 2023Very good CPU cooler that comes with one 120mm semi-passive 120mm PWM fan, with PWM PST (passthrough). Also includes clips for 2nd fan mount, for push-pull. Only CPU air cooler, that i know of, which comes with semi-passive fan, where fan stops when CPU temp is below 30C. Keeps my i5-6600K idling at ambient temps (26C), while most what i've ever seen out of my CPU is 55C (during CinebenchR15). So, a very good mid-sized CPU cooler.

Everything was free of charge, even no post fee, really rare these days, they really care, support them guys!!!

I am unsure if the ticket has been read or if it has been lost among the other open tickets. I believe the ticket system should be improved. Regarding my issue: My shipment arrived earlier this week and upon inspection, I discovered that one of the LGA 1700 stands has a manufacturing defect. As a result, I am unable to install my Arctic Liquid Freezer II - 360, leaving my system idle. I am in need of a prompt resolution. When I contacted the retailer (Amazon), they were eager to begin the refund process, but I only require a single spare part. My ticket number: #CS167927 Update: Although it took a while to get a reply back after contacting them, everything went quickly and smoothly. I got my missing pieces from Arctic's local distributor in just a couple of days and managed to make it work. Thank you for the solid process.
