High quality cooling products, support is helpful, prompt and friendly, and clearly have good product knowledge rather than following a rigid script which is great! Keep it up, I’m very impressed with the standard to which support and product quality appear to be held. Will keep my future cooling needs with arctic :)

Great company that really helps their customers with their problems and always tries to find a solution and if there is not one and you are under warranty they immediately reach out and send you a replacement

Arctic are awesome. Very cool service. They sent a water cooling system maintenance kit without any problems, even to a country with restricted contacts. Much respect for not abandoning their loyal customer. All the fans in the computer are from Arctic - excellent cooling, reasonable price and super support!

Defective fan replaced in rapid fashion

I had an issue with a Device purchased through amazon. Arctic sent me replacement parts very quickly and fixed my problem even though it was technically the Amazon sellers Issue.

Ho avuto un problema con un piattello in ferro per il dissipatore . Contatto l’assistenza e con mia grandissima sorpresa e soddisfazione , capiscono il problema, e lo risolvono spedendomi il pezzo in sostituzione. Cinque stelle per questa esperienza non bastano . Davvero una sorpresa . Precisi e disponibili da subito alla mia richiesta . Tutto gestito tramite mail .davvero un ottima assistenza al prodotto . Complimenti . I bought a pack of 5 fans on Amazon but the courier threw it and broke One. Anyway they sent me one spare for free and even if it wasn't their fault. Very relyable support. Fans are great, for sure best quality/price. Highly recommended

I used an Arctic Liquid Freezer in a recent PC build and was impressed with the build quality and performance. But the real surprise was the customer service... The device comes with two cables to support two different configurations - I chose one and completely lost the other cable. A couple of months later, I decided that I should have used the other configuration. I contacted Arctic customer support to ask if I could buy a replacement for the missing cable - their agent asked for my address and dropped one in the post to me completely free of charge. Less than a week later, I had the new configuration up and running - and performance is even better! Excellent customer service, Arctic!

I broke the fan from my 3 pcs bionix..something.. which isnt cheap....and they canot fix it or replace it or give me new with some sort of discount...great products (huge fan i have many products of this company) but cheapie company

Resolved compatibility issue, that wasn't their fault, with a motherboard heatsink by shipping a replacement heatsink internationally for free.

Achtung, vorsichtig, bei diesem Hersteller, das sind china Kühler, Die für paar Cent hergestellt werden und in Deutschland für das zehnfache verkauft werden. Ich habe mit dem Hersteller beziehungsweise mit einem Mitarbeiter mich total verkracht! Da will die Firma mich wegen zwei defekten Kühler Noch meine Zeit klauen und dann noch, dass ich die Produkte dahin schicke Um das ganze zu überprüfen. Ich hab noch nie sowas gehört, Dann noch China Ware ;) Meine Zeit ist schon wertvoller Als das Produkt, Aber Hauptsache professionell Sich verkaufen…. Die Preise sind auch nicht gerade sehr gering. Geh lieber zu den europäischen Kühler . Vertraut mir aber bei der Firma seid ihr nicht gut aufgehoben. Ich hab alles schwarz auf weiß… Gekauft habe ich über Amazon Und ich werde es auch nie wieder mehr tun!

I was having problems with an ARCTIC AIO that I had purchased and the customer service was phenomenal. Not only did they send in the replacement parts in a timely manner, they did so without charging any shipping fees. The representative that I spoke with was very kind, understanding, and replied to my emails quickly despite the time zone difference. Overall the best customer support experience I've ever had.
