WITHIN 36 UNITS, 6 HIGH END UNIT AREMISSING ENTIRELY, 12 ITEMS ARE PARTIAL SET, AND THE REST OF THESE ITEMS (18UNITS) ARE EITHER BROKEN OR NOT FUNCTIONAL. THE LABEL TAPED ON ALLITEMS ARE SHOWN SALVAGE CONDITION. BSTOCK SHALL STATE THE CONDITIONOF PALLET IS SALVAGE IN STEAD OF MIX CONDITION WHERE ALL OF ITEMS INTHE PALLET ARE SALVAGED AND NONE OF THEM ARE WORKING. I JUST SPEND $1,400 TO BUY A TRASH.

Hello, I am using Bstock for Amazon EU return auctions. My experience with my first won auction was bad, I did not fully analyze manifest, overpaid, and just after ~12 months turned a profit, after that I developed software that can fully analyze each auction, and also automate inventory management & WooCommerce import. Without it, I doubt that I would have continued to resell Amazon returns because I would not have any competitive edge. If interested in the same SaaS solution Google - ''azManifest''.

well i try to contact this company, to be registed with them, but they ask so may thinks, that sometime ithink, that apply for job in the US goverment its much easier. customer service sucks ERIN. so sorry for this guy, must be from a trouble back ground and still afect him. i am not in the US so i am not hable to open and account with this company, and for the same reason they are very good and you can tell by the reviews. stay away from them

Been purchasing B-Stock for years. I've recently purchased QVC Like New Stock. This line has gone straight down hill. Listed as like new, but read the fine print, could have damage, stains, missing parts, not complete. Well I bought an expensive load and found sun damaged clothing and damaged jumpers and jackets. I requested a partial refund which took 4 days to hear back, to tell me that the like new loads could have defective clothing. I also purchased a QVC load that was missing about 100 items out of the 1300 that they stated. Well I had to let them know within the 7 days of receiving it. Overall the product has got worse throughout the years. Stay away unless you have a flea market and get cheap.

Really bad costumer experience. if you buy cross your fingers that the transaction will be OK. Because they don't have costumer service. No money back guarantee.

My family has been in the wholesale business all of my life I know a lot of wholesalers and I'm getting a lot of bad customer service from B stock cannot get anyone on the phone Stuff shows up all broken and no one will contact us back also they'll hold your product for months well they'll hold your stuff for months your money and you'll never get some of the loads that are promised or things will be missing off the load I don't understand if you spend money with a company especially wholesale I'm not acting like everything should be perfect but some of the stuff and business practices is pretty If I was a smaller person a mom and pop or someone like that I'd be out of business luckily I have a strong company and these little hiccups did not put me out of business but if you want to know how to make a small fortune start with a big one with B stock Or if you want to go to the casino you could just go to be stock you never know what's going to happen

This company deserves 0 star rating and should be shut down immediately. I cannot believe they are continuing to operate with all the fraud that is occurring through all these wire transfers. The want their money right away but do not deliver on what is represented. I won an auction expecting to receive what was stated and they sent something different and do not want to hold the seller accountable because they denied wrong doing even with proof from delivery. They say they understand I have proof but since the company denied the claim the dispute is closed. So even with proof I lost my money. Wire fraud. The BBB will be contacted and I advise everyone to do the same. If anyone would like to help me find a way to get OUR money back from these frauds please contact me. I am sure there are more victims from their wrongdoing. I will be proceeding with a case. This is not acceptable from big retailers and big name companies. The public should be aware of the crime that is being committed against us small companies because they know lawyers are expensive and could ruin us even further from the money that was already taken. BIG LOSS. Regardless an investigation will be open and I hope they are prepared to explain how they are able to screw innocent customers out of their hard earned money even with proof from my side and the company admitting to not knowing what was sent. Horrible. I highly advise everyone who is contemplating bidder to STAY AWAY! Save yourself money and a headache.

2 pallets Costco Cookware of A/B condition that was delivered that had over half the items that should have been trashed. They say A/B is:" "It is also not uncommon for members to return merchandise to Costco after it has been tried. Reasons for return include shipped in duplicate, buyer remorse, wrong size, color, damage during shipping, wrong item, didn’t need, didn’t work, missing part, or no reason given. After receiving from a warehouse, the Costco Returns Depot conducts a visual screening, but does not test items before determining Grade. Expect that some percentage of items may be damaged, torn, missing parts, missing manuals, or otherwise incomplete/non-functional." Tried? how about used for months or years and trashed. This lot should have been condition C/D which would have gone for much less. This is why you don't see pics of items; only stock picks and then the wrapped pallets.

These guys are fake and are running a scam. Then don't have a customer service already 3 weeks done and I don't know where my shipment is. Everyone in bstock is very prompt in asking to pay up and when it comes to replying emails the replies don't come. Avoid them like corona maintain business distance

Bstock offers no guarantee you ever receive what you paid for. Bstock does guarantee the manifest on their auctions are fraudulent and they and the vendor are not responsible for shipments, if you ever receive it, are accurate. Oddly it's always the high ticket items missing. Bstock also guarantees they will not assure you receive your order after your pay who, Bstock. Bstock also will not provide you with any buyer protection or customer service. If craigslist had auctions it would be Bstock. A disgusting company with no ethics, morality and what appears to be engaged in theft through fraud. Bstock Beware.

terrible costumer service, nobody answer phones and chat is a joke, i have 3 pallets missing from 2 weeks ago and nobody answer for them, not stock, no ch robinson, not t fright, nobody. over 11k lost. never again

This company is the worst nightmare that I could experienced. I won 2 pallets, paid in one day, and after a week, when I don t see any update, I contacted them, they took another week to get back to me and told me that I owe them more money for shipping, I sent another wire right away. I have never received my shipments, after one month, I asked for a refund, they gave me a wrong tracking number. When I checked, it wasn t coming to my address, I contacted the shipping company, let them know, they told me BStock gave me a wrong freight, so I have to contact them to fix that. At that point, I told them that I wasn t interested in the products anymore. I just needed my money back. They agreed, they said they located my shipment, but as requested, they will contact with update about my refund. Now it is passed 2 months, never heard from anyone. I now have to put my lawyer in top of them. Worst company.. Stay away🛑

First time I ordered the seller was trying to get me to give him more money after the auction was closed and bstock gave me credit when I told them. So I won another auction to spend that credit and never got a tracking number or nothing. Did receive my merch but there is no way to contact anyone immediately if you have a problem and they make you wonder what is going on till the item show up. The seller had a over seas unreachable number email and the address shows to be a gym or a car wash or a physician office.

I won 4 auctions that came from the same vendor. I paid 2900.00 in shipping and was promised a consolidated shipping credit. They decided to combine all 4 orders on the same truck, 47 pallets double stacked and turned the wrong way so you could not get a pallet jack under each pallet. I received a 8.81 credit. That is fraud especially when it was only coming from 250 miles away.

Bought some phones, turns out phones were not unlocked as they were supposed to be and two phones were reported stolen. it was a $12050 for 20 phones. They sold me STOLEN phones and when i reached out to them, they said oh you didn't tell us within 7 days. I am sorry i didnt expect such a big company to send me Stolen phones them to send me stolen phone but again all the reviews say it. Reached to BBB, lets see if they can help. CHECK ITEMS AS SOON AS YOU GET THEM AND REPORT IT. Dealing with customer service who are not doing their job. I am not sure why theres no class actions law suit yet, but it will definitely be in the future. Selling Stolen objects is a crime. WIll be seeking legal help as well.

Nothing but broken glass and mangled metal in a truckload of what was supposed to be salvage appliances. Everything was junk, and now they're hiding behind the definition of salvage. We've done this before with another company, and it was nothing like this. Horrible experience. Don't buy from these people.

Buyers beware stay away sellers sell damaged or misrepresent products then they hide behind crazy shipping charges I purchased 400 leather belts and 150 were damaged but because seller inflated shipping my refund was $13.00 🤦🏻
