Canada | 19 October 2020The forced shipping fees are 300% higher then arranging myself which makes it cheaper for people who live close to the auction and forces those who live farther away to not be able to buy. CH Robinson doesn't seem to care since they have the contract.

United States | 15 October 2020My first 2 experiences with B-Stock as I was starting my business where the worst. I got sold items not as described and B-stock won't do anything about their buyers actions. I lost a lot of money and now I don't know how to get back from this.

United States | 14 August 2020B stock is a scam. Won a lot that looked promising to find out a month later that they committed an error and the lot is mixed up. They should had canceled the bid according to their policy, but instead customer service decided to delay the process by telling me that they will send me a new manifest of the items in the lot. A week later i get an email stating that they shipped my items and i should just received them, and afterwards file a complaint. I quickly check the items received to find out they shorted me $25,000 worth of merchandise. I emailed customer service to get a reply almost a week later telling me that im only entitled to a partial refund. I told them i wanted to return all items since the recieved items are not what i bidded on. My bid was for a lot that was worth over 100k and 3642 items, not $74k and 2834 items. Im still waiting for a resolution. Also waiting for another lot that they screwed up on as well. Is a month and 1/2 since i won and still waiting.

United States | 13 August 2020b-stock products were good, but right now they send us garbage, we just pay for garbage products, I don't want to buy from a certain company (Costco, Almo,) when you bit load, someone from their side bit also, you pay a ton of money but you don't get what's the value of products. The buyer has to be aware of it. We just wasting time selling their garbage products. we are a company we shot down the business of them (Costco, Almo, some other companies) if someone wants to prove I will send them pictures of load what kinds of garbage they send to us.

United States | 12 August 2020I bought a pallet on Contemporary Fashion Auctions (Revolve liquidations) on 7/14 and wired the $3200 the next day as demanded. As of 8/11, the pallet still hasn’t shipped, the shipper does not have it, and no one will respond to my emails. I even contacted AIA and they did not respond. I filed a BBB complaint and a FTC complaint but I definitely got flat out defrauded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLATFORM! They also allow sellers of counterfeit goods to sell without any oversight.

THEIR SELLERS SHOW YOU NICE PICTURES, BUT ONCE YOU BUY, YOU GET SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND YOU CANNOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. NO MATTER HOW YOU TRY. VERY DISHONEST & FAKE PEOPLE.

United States | 29 July 2020The worst auction company I've ever done business with. I would give 0 stars if that was possible. They take forever to respond. They allow people to sell fake merchandise that they label as authentic and then they do nothing about it if you don't email then within 2 days of delivery.

United States | 16 July 2020Buyers beware!!! I purchased a manifested lot that looked promising and was suppose to include many high end items listed on the manifest. When I received my lot, those items were “conveniently” switched out for dirty and ratty used Walmart products. Customer service is useless and basically said this is allowed. I suspect the workers went in and switched out the higher end items with stuff from the junk yard. Stay away at all costs!!! Very deceptive and shady business!

United States | 09 July 2020This is a terrible place to buy. the only good reviews come from sellers because this is a company that allows sellers to use deceptive practices such as misleading titles, vague descriptions, and photos that do not match what you are receiving, this place is a joke.

Australia | 26 June 2020I had a great experience selling my liquidation products through Bstock. After trying a range of other methods such as Facebook advertising, eBay, Gumtree etc., Bstock was the best and quickest I found when it came to having my goods sell at a fair market price. Off Bstock I had some pretty low ball offers that were no were near what i eventually achieved from selling on B Stock. My timing wasn't the best though and Covid - 19 did lead to delays in getting my sold inventory to the purchaser, but B stocks amazing support staff were there to help reassure the buyer that I as the seller was doing my best to get them there goods which gave them confidence to proceed with the purchase After my buyers received there goods, Bstock promptly made payment to my account and helped to get me clear of my Amazon FBA inventory that simply wasn't moving well on the platform A+++ and Highly Recommend

United States | 22 June 2020I was recently scammed by a seller on Bstock and Bstock refused to allow a return of the over appraised "heavily damaged" items sent to us. The Seller by the name of "Red Fox Transportation'' sold us a couple of headphones which, on the picture display, were displayed in the box. Now knowing, this is due to hiding the actual condition of the item. As a buyer, we trust that companies do business with integrity. Unfortunately, Red Fox Group and Bstock do not abide by this. After we purchased the items, we asked the seller to provide us with more information regarding shipping time, cost , more pictures of the items etc... to which we only received a response back of "why?" It was at this point where we contacted Bstock. We specifically asked Bstock what they will do in regards to these issues if the seller does not send us the product as displayed or in worse condition than mentioned. We felt this was the right thing to ask as we started feeling very uncomfortable with the sellers responses to us and lack of transparency. A representative of Bstock by the name of Timothy messaged us after we addressed some of our concerns regarding the products. We asked several questions as far as what they would do if the items received were excessively damaged, or not as described. As mentioned by timothy, He stated: " If you bid on an auction, and when its delivered its either excessively damaged, missing, or not as described, we can definitely step in and assist." We trusted his word. Upon receiving the items, we of course received the items NOT as described. The wireless speakers were in several terrible conditions including "burnt" as if sitting in the sun for a long period of time. Headphones had ear pieces ripped out, bait and switch of items occurred which the seller did NOT send us the items that had the Highest value but instead, sent us a low valued item as a replacement. We then contacted Bstock regarding this issue which they then referred us over to their online auction insurance agency. We moved forward with filing a claim and as we expected, they only offered a refund of 10% of the auction value for 2 pieces they assumed were the only issue. Since the seller put on the auction that the items were in "refurbished" condition. Bstock gave him the right to send items that were heavily damaged with puncture holes on the speakers and a burnt outer layer. The insurance agency Bstock works closely with the Auction Insurance Agency and did nothing to see the value of the items that were damaged, but rather, valued them the same as all the other pieces in the auction. Therefore, they only offered less than 10% of what we paid for the entire lot back to us. We declined as we felt this was not a proper evaluation, and in return, the agent working with us by the name of Carter Hancock began pestering us to sign the paperwork to receive our undervalued insurance claim and was no longer responding to our emails, but rather continuing to tell us "please sign this or I will close you claim". At this point, We did NOT want to work with AIA so we contacted Bstocks customer service for more help, and of course we did not get it. Holly messaged us futher defending the seller by stating that the seller since they placed "refurbished" on the auction can pretty much send us crap and get away with it AND told us to go kick rocks since we dont want to take the undervalued appraisal from the insurance agency : "I'm sorry to hear that you do not feel that AIA is treating your case fairly. From the dispute notes, I see that they offered to cover a partial refund and you refused it, and also did not return the release the deadline, so they closed the case. I also see that you were disputing the items due to cosmetic issues, however, the Refurbished condition description clearly states that items may have cosmetic issues." "Unfortunately, B-Stock is not able to alter or reverse a decision made by AIA. I would encourage you to continue your communication directly with them if you feel that they should review the case again." At this point, legal action must be taken since these companies have built a wall of unjust options for the buyer. These companies including Bstock to not care about their buyer. I would recommend staying far away from this company and take your business somewhere else like liquidation.com (which we have had way better service than Bstock)

United States | 19 June 2020SELLERS WITH UN-MANIFEST BIDS ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY IN BIDS THAT ARE NOT WITH MANIFEST LIST. BSTOCK IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT AND IT IS ALLOWING SELLERS TO SCAM BUYERS. INSURANCE IS NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY TO COVER THESE UNMANIFEST BIDS.

United States | 16 June 2020So I bought a lot of un-manifested customer return headsets which were to include name brand and other. They didn't ship for 8 business days also. What I received was literal Dollar Store/Dollar Tree items in the packages, the vast majority beyond that were non-repairable and mostly Insignia, and the highest end items were missing in the boxes. I started a dispute and it went to their insurance company AIA. This is the response I received. "Based on the information and photo documentation you have provided, you will not be covered at this time. Since this is a unmanifested customer return lot, there is not guarantee which items you will receive. Additionally, customer returns may have been returned for any reasons causing damage and missing parts to the items. The seller is not willing to assist at this time due to the nature of the auction. We will be closing this dispute at this time." Thanks, Anna Crain Claims Analyst Auction Insurance Agency Birmingham, AL O: *******056 [email protected]
