United States | 24 April 2023We have used B-Stock for close to 7 years. As of late, they stopped selling by the truckload and started selling by the LTL; they won't combine lots to reduce the shipping cost, i.e., it costs $824 to ship 6 pallets and $964 to ship a full truckload. Win 4 lots, pay $3296 in shipping vs $964; used to call to confirm appt. now it is emailed and sometimes you don't get that; no longer have a CS number, everything is via email.

United States | 15 April 2023We bought many shoes pallets but in the last year we found empty box( many) and a lot of junk shoes dirty used and brake many are so dirty so, you only can put in the garbage. Manifest are no clear and shipping are triple of regular cost… so if you got 200 pair probably you only got a dozen in good condition.I m just forgot they sent only past season ( winter)

United States | 11 April 2023After spending millions on loads rom bstock, I finally got fed up with their extremely poor service. Whenever they screwed something up, they make you jump through so many hoops to correct, then if your LUCKY, you'll get 5 cents back of your dollar. SO MANY BETTER AND ALSO HONEST VENDORS TO DO BUSINESS WITH. SKIP BSTOCK.

United States | 04 March 2023Ordered " Monster." 7' high pallet for Dewalt tools. Waited 2 weeks and didn't hear anything about my order so I emailed, it took 1 full week to get a reply. In the meantime, I received a very cheap inexpensive drill/driver and had no clue who sent it, turns out that is what I got for 79.99. They said I got my shipment. Absolutely a scam, the purchase site is full of 5 star reviews and picture of happy customers and no reference to anything except what I thought I was buying, do not buy anything form this site, I don't know why they are allowed to conduct business in the manner.

United States | 16 February 2023Terrible, don't use this site. You'll get products that are different from what you ordered then they make you chase your refund. Also, you'll have to beg them please to pay you back your wire fees.

United Kingdom | 12 February 2023After reading reviews i was very nervous about buying but i thought id bite the bullet and give it a try, i purchased 12 pallets from amazon.eu in UK all seemed ok i payed for goods via bank transfer because my bank said i couldnt do a wire transfer because i was sending funds to a uk account. anyway i sent funds but my status did not change to paid after the given 24 hour as per there conditions, contacted live chat and emailed them many many times but always got same answer (bstock do not have access to amazon accounts so can not check and i will need to wait for amazon to confirm payment) well after 5 days and still no update i informed them that funds where sent as a bank transfer and they informed amazon and within 2-3 hours invoice was mark paid the following morning delivery company called and all pallets where delivered 3 days later. As for items them selves yes you are buying returns so expect broken and missing items but id say far more was unsalvageable alot was broken but for what i paid i didnt mind, manifest was pretty much spot on most high value items broken though. i would buy again, just wish customer service was easier and they really need to sort out payment methods, e.g visa and credit card so people will get money back if anything goes wrong.

Turkey | 03 February 2023I ordered X 12 Amazon Return Palettes for £12,000. I was not informed when my palettes would be delivered, the delivery man rocks up outside my storage unit, I happened to be away for work, luckily other staff from other units were in on site and managed to offload the stock. I contacted BSTOCK regarding this. No response received. There were many items missing from my palette. I raised this too but BSTOCK REFUSED TO LISTEN. AMAZON LIQUIDATION AUCTIONS AND BSTOCK ARE A VERY BAD IDEA. Save your money, do no buy. VERY, VERY RISKY. Impossible to get hold of someone from the BSTOCK, there is no customer service at BSTOCK.

United States | 19 December 2022I'm an experienced liquidator and please believe me you'll end up losing your money with them they are very protected and its almost impossible to get back your money because you didn't follow all 10 steps they said so they have a loophole for everything the point is you won't win them and remember I warned you Don't fall for the fact that they are selling brand name stuff for example if it's a mixed lot you'll only get the things you didn't want and everyone thinks it only happened to me no they do it to everyone, another example is if they write a-b condition its 90% b condition so their not lying but most honest people think its 50/50 and so on, I can continue to write but I think its enough

United Kingdom | 04 December 2022Don’t buy on this website! I bought from a fraudulent seller and when I contacted the company them didn’t want to help. I will be taking league action against this rubbish company to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

United States | 04 December 2022Very risky, i would not recommend spending any money you cannot afford to loose as loosing your money is a real possibility. Sellers many times show one thing and send something completely different. And getting ahold of bstock when you have an issue can be very frustrating. I've been given bad information 2 times now, have been out my money and product for over 2 months, and do not see an end in sight.

Ghana | 22 November 2022I bought panties and lingerings, I received trash. They were not the ones I saw on the website yet they failed to resolve my dispute. I also bought iPhone grade b but they all came with broken screens 100pcs. They failed to resolve that dispute too and that was when I realized they were scammers trying to rip people off.

United Kingdom | 21 November 2022I had a very bad experience with this company. I do not recommend 👎

United States | 07 November 2022Terrible, terrible, horrible company, stay away. On top of draconian selling fees they feature horribly inefficient and useless customer service; atrocious payment methods (wire only that doesn't go through and you get charged a fee by someone, which you can't even appeal); random fees that they try to collect instead of solving issues with sellers. This is a borderline scam and a rip off. Their pricing is comparable to what you can find on ebay anyway.

United States | 03 November 2022If you have problems with Bstock customer service, you can call upper management and they will help. Dial 650-241-3536 Ext. 508 will be Eric Moriarty, very helpful. Upper management extensions are 500-508.

United States | 27 October 2022Do not waste your money on Costco Pallets. They use the very generic condition description as a way to get away with sending trash products. Bought 2 pallets for over 2K, 1 Mixed Pallet was complete utter trash, and the second was A/B condition and was all trash also. I was only able to salvage $100 worth if items that I have to sell for 1/2 the retail price, which is 75% less than what I actually paid per item. Even with over 10% of items missing and not as described, they refuse to resolve your dispute. They obviously can see in photo proofs how bad the condition received was, and still say it's A/B condition, but won't go into detail why it is considered A/B and not C/D. Even my photos prover the items are C/D condition, but they choose to ignore it.

United States | 11 October 2022Please do not purchase anything from this website. They are scammers. I bought a box of fishing lures 280 to be exact. I paid in full for the order plus shipping. These people sent me a box of Jeans buttons. I sent them an email about what happened and they deactivated my account. They are SCAMMERS!

Canada | 08 October 2022Very frustrated with my experience to date and the mandatory shipper experience. I continuously get "it is scheduled for pick up" but doesn't get picked up - almost 2 weeks later and there is no guarantee on LTL. Yet, I was charged a significant shipping fee - more than double for one pallet compared to a normal shipping fee for 5-6 pallets. After all this time, I am still at the mercy of a supposed third party for any update. No option at this point to arrange my own shipping to even just get this pallet (to be clear it is one city over). This is my first paid transaction. I did attempt an initial transaction which was cancelled immediately after the auction ended - literally within a couple of hours - for "logistic issues". However the winning bid was significant less than their "suggested" retail, so I can't help feeling the shipper wasn't happy with the final bid amount. I am not confident I will even see this pallet and if we do, what the condition will be that it is has been bouncing around or waiting to be delivered, I feel like this is an expensive lesson that I have been forced to learn.

United States | 27 September 2022Stay away from like new lots. I received more damaged, broken, trash than useful items. More worthless lights than I can count mixed in with a few good items. Most good items were placed under heavy planters. Funko Pops, Dolls and Vinyls thrown in a gaylord underneath luggage, and other heavy items. I'm lucky if I break even because many of the items I will have to trash. This may be the fault of Target since it was a Target load but Bstock didn't seem to care when I informed them that toys and fragile items should not be placed under heavy items in a gaylord. So many damaged boxes. Makeup and Health should never be resold once it is opened but you will find it on pallets. I have to toss all of the opened makeup. It has cost me so much to pay someone to sort these items and I will never make a profit from many of them. Everything looks good on a manifest because you can not see that it was returned by a customer who may have used the item for some months. Also, the manifests are designed to trick you. You may only see lights once or twice but the manifest could be 25 pages so you may receive 100 lights when you thought you were receiving 15 since they spread them out rather than putting them all on the same line.
