This company is not reliable company.I win a bid regarding Apple AirPods Pro. In description, it says items are return items from Costco less than 90 days. I received 58 units. Almost half of them not functional, missing parts, cables and most of them seems not returned items or mixed from somewhere. I paid almost $7000 and each one costs $120 for me. I lost $7000 for nothing. Another thing is about their bidding system it starts with very little numbers and last two hours always jumped their fake bidders to 50% or more of retail price. If you want to loss money and waste your time go for B-Stock.

be careful when you purchase if anything does wrong your screwed (its a legitimate company put terribly mismanaged for example they shut down their phone lines with the excuse of covid so now there's no one to talk with only email which takes days until they poorly respond etc. If you dont have a lot of extra cash dont buy here)

It took forever to arrive.Missing merchandise that had the best value ..I got in touch and opened a case but they refuse to honor anything.Will never deal with them again.

UPDATED 3. 12. 2021 I should have paid attention to the reviews, I thought it is one single item I was bidding on. I won it and paid for it about a month ago so far I did not receive the item and I can not get any help from customer service. Poor poor poor business. You have been forewarned. TODAY is March 12, Custmer support did contact me and the seller, and finally resolved the issue. They did refund all of my money, I thought it took too long, but better late than never.

Won a bid and it took forever to receive... then once received I didn’t receive what I paid for. Missing items off the manifest and very poor customer service. They could have cared less to help.

I purchased a lot of gold filled jewelry on this website last year after getting approved. After the jewelry was delivered, three separate tests all confirmed the jewelry was fake and it did not consist of gold. Upon contacting B-Stock to inform them that one of the sellers on their site was selling fake gold. Instead of listening to me, they told me no one else reported any problems with it and said I was making it up. I even sent pictures of the 3 tests that proved there was no gold. Two completed by independent parties. I had to refute the charge with PayPal after B-Stock declined my refund. Luckily PayPal requires documentation for disputes. B-stock didn't provide any documentation and I provided my three tests that showed no gold. I got my money back, but then B-stock suspended my account. Hence... a very well-deserved 1-star review posted to your business. B-stock, I hope your company continues to run into the ground. Thanks for wasting my time, not trusting your customers, and trying to steal from me.

I would give a 0 star if i could. B-stock used to be good. i bought 2 pallets no problem. Recently as of december I purchased a 'MANIFESTED' pallet that was about 3k for 600 items... i received a pallet that was half the size, nothing but ripped and stained clothes. "my pallet was mixed up" costumer service informed me via email. Once i told them I wanted a refund and the pallet picked up they blocked my email and i cant get ahold of them. SO AVOID. I currently looking into legal option now.

I ordered in November, they said it could take up to a month, it’s now nearly 2 months. £3k paid no replies to email and no stock as of yet, what kind of company is this ? Why would amazon use a company like this to sell their unwanted stock, I paid amazon directly for it but they can’t help as it was through b stock,

Been in biz 24 years. Stay away. A bunch of thief’s. They show you inventory, you win bid then they pull the cream and tell you after it has been shipped that it is going to be short. Never ever ever ever buy from these scammers. They will take your money and send you trash items. I bought some iphone Chargers from them over 1000 pieces and none of them. I repeat none of them works. I sent them an email, they made me contact an insurance company and they’re telling me since I’m an international buyer they won’t do anything about it. Don’t ever buy from them unless you want to waste your money. They are SCAMMERS.

Bstock costco was very good but now it's just a money loser. I've been buying for years now and when I bought AB grade I would make money. Now their AB grade pallets are nothing but trash can't even make what I paid for them back. I will never purchase from them again.

B-Stock is a great platform. They are highly dependant of their suppliers, so as long as you shop at the trustworthy ones, you have nothing to worry about as a buyer.

First off their buyer protection has to be a wing of b-stock itself. I bought shoes that only showed stock pictures of the shoes. The shoes included Jordans, Adidas, Under Armour shoes. I received knock off, counterfeit items. Their buyer protection offered me $50 for a $550 lot. I did not accept, I want my money back in full, if not that, this company shut down. I just reported b-stock as fraud, hopefully you all will do the same.

Don’t be fooled by this racket. They will take your money never ship the merchandise then pass you on to someone else. I have merchandise that I bought over a month ago, that has never shown up and they keep saying be patient. I can’t any longer I need to sell that merchandise and pay my employees.
