Over inflated pricing,over inflated shipping cost,sending out wrong merchandise. I received a gas burning fire pit from Best Buy. The shipped did not want to leave because it was so damaged. I reached out to Carrier and B stock and basically said that was within the damaged guidelines. The carrier damaged it by sliding freight aganist it,but did not want to take responsibility

not being able to to have a self pickup option rather than everything is shipped at a rather high cost is why we do very little with them verses other companies. If they offered self pu we would do much more with b stock. also they do not offer fee free payment direct online.

Scam Company as a seller, I have done one order through bstock it has now been 3 months and they have not sent me my money. If i mention this to their "support" they respond and then start ignoring my emails. Same thing for live chat once I say I haven't been paid they close the chat.

I would give them zero starts of I could, this company is such a scam they took my hard earn money and allow walmart liquidators to send me trash. They are allow to change the wording and the meaning of things to their convenience. I bought a LOT of two pallets of unmanifested merchandise raging in different conditions but all I got was a overground pool in pieces divided in two pallets that even had trash inside, absolutely disgusting and it's a disgrace that they advertise buyer protection and they did not protect me even though I had all the proof. STAY AWAY! SCAMMERS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LAUGH IN YOUR FACE.

Bstock acts solely in the interest of their sellers. There is ZERO protection for buyers. They allow illegitimate scammers to post fake photos and manifests, and then do absolutely nothing when the buyer wants a refund or action taken to protect future buyers from being scammed. The “mediators” that work for bstock couldn’t care less about the buyers. Absolute scam of a company.

Hey Guys, Jyst a red warning a big no-no. bought Amazon customer returns and guess what most of the phones are reported stolen or lost. first loss second they are broken and missing parts, third they are not even the customer returns supposed to be resold but they were supposed to be sent to the recycling plant but they sold them to the naive bidder. I lost a lot, so you should not stay away. if you have a good lawyer, sue them as they are selling unselable items and calling customer returns which are not clear as the return policy is non-damaged and in its original packaging but 80% of the stuff goes straight to the junkyard.

They let the seller scamm you Easley don't trust this platform if you want to grow in business this is definitely not the platform to be part of it and when yo dispute they will send you email that the price is estimated and not guaranteed i receive a clothes box it should worth about 10k and when it's arrived all is very cheap and old clothes even not worth $100 and they telling me the price that the seller is providing is est not accurate did you imagine

Unfortunately all the reviews on here are accurate. Bstock claims to operate only as a platform and does not hold sellers responsible. I bought a few iPhones to resell, only to find out they had been reported lost/stolen and they gave me the ABSOLUTE run around to get my money back. Run around of a premium level. They claim they are not responsible for refunds and put you in touch with a third party insurance company who are absolute trash as well. I only got lucky bc I was persistent and someone felt bad for me and gave me the contact info of the insurance company directly so I dealt with them myself.

This is the worst company , one can buy from. Buyers beware! They cheat, lie and scam! Their products descriptions and ratings are false. Forget about filling a dispute with them, they will ask you for so many things and when you provide them all, they will still deny you. I am not sure how they are still in business, and why haven't law enforcement close them already

Wir haben eine LKW-Ladung mit Haushaltswaren und mehr ersteigert. Der Versand war unkompliziert, aber nach Prüfung der Ware kam die große Enttäuschung. Viele hochwertige Apple Produkte, als Kundenretouren deklariert, waren nur Schrott. Diese kamen nicht vom Kunden, sondern aus irgendeiner Werkstatt, Displays bei den Uhren waren ausgebaut, bei den Smartphones fehlten die Kameras, also total unbrauchbar und nur Müll. Natürlich haben wir Beschwerde eingelegt, es ist nichts bei rumgekommen. Zur Antwort bekamen wir nur das es sich ja um Kundenretouren handelt. Ordentlich Geld in Sand gesetzt. Also lieber Finger weg von dieser Plattform.

I Purchased some item from the b-stock that was brand new item from Amazon. When I got the order they are first aid kit. They all expire. I pay $1500 for stuff worth $18,500 when I contact customer service they offer me $400 as a credit they’re all garbage it’s not worth to buy from them I would like to give you less than one star, I wouldn’t recommend it

Bought a box of video games for $1200 and estimated retail was $7900 actual value was about 2800 after shipping and eBay fees I made about $1800 and it took months to sell. Bstock has warning stating they do not give refunds for items not being actual value.. #1 red flag DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT CARE BUT TO SELL THEIR UNDERSOLD OVERPRICED ITEMS. DONT END UP LIKE A VICTIM LIKE I DID..

Purchased 4order Laptop from Greentech listed in Bstook, as new brand laptops, ones I receive the shipment all laptop was refurbished, damaged, and had different specification, I purchased them worth 5000 USD, and the laptop all word only 800 USD, I dispute the Bstook only give me 15% of the refund, the Bstook has a conflict of interest with sellers and supports seller scams and frauds by providing 15% refund. don't ever bid on Bstook, save your money and time. Bstook is only platform for scammers that is all.

Purchased lot of waterpiks grade a/b from Costco marketplace. Recieved 57 of them and 35 of those were absolute garbage. They were used and should have been thrown out due to peoples bodily fluids being on them. Bstock was completely no help and basically we have your money, nothing you can do. Standard screw off response. Buyer beware of these scammers!!

Purchase items trhough Bstock QVC... and without a doubt, way higer shipping cost. When I received the pallets the total weight was supposed to total 14,790 lb but acutal weight was 8,335. Had to spent $3200 shipping but it was supposed to be half of that. To make matter worse, one of pallet contents are totally different. Although I disputed through bstock, they treat me like a idiot.... over 3 weeks back and force email conversation, I realized that I just waste my valuable time.. Stay away from QVC Bstock.. Both are not helping me. Not a happy customer. Will not come back. Do not waste your time and hard earned money.

I bought many times before from Bstock but that latest truck from Amazon was full of junk. After contacting them, they said they couldn't do anything and that's how they are sold "as is" But we received 40% of the merchandise cannibalized or different products. Not using their platform again.
