United States | 28 April 2020Bstock has been a supplier of mine for 3 years now. When needed adjustments have been made on purchases. For the most part items are as described. During Covid lockdown they did not seem to give anyone a break on payment schedule. 2 days is short. It would be nice if they added a bill pay option. I could bill pay direct from checking account and not incur wire fees and hassle of going to bank.

United States | 21 April 2020For the most part, B-stock is a great place to purchase liquidation inventory. However, they do not have a buyer-friendly freight claim processes. No one wants to take responsibility for lost freight. For example, I purchase a lot of 2 pallets with a retail value of 20K and I paid 2K. Great deal. However, when my freight was lost for 2 months before one of my two pallets where located, the freight claim process was long and the resolution was ridiculous. I received 40% of my retail value on one pallet and was given a $108.00 credit for the lost pallet. The math makes absolutely no sense. That does not even cover the freight for the one pallet that I never received. Very poor communication throughout the entire process. And once they did come to this resolution, I was not notified. The credit was posted months latter to my account. This experience does NOT by any means stop me from continuing to purchase from them. They are a great company, even great companies have room for improvement. And this is it.

There are some problem in communication between buyer and seller. Normally takes a long time for seller to respond. Also the are lots of restrictions for foreign buyer

United States | 18 April 2020The platform is great. Easy to use and has a large variety of inventory to choose from that is ever changing. The only issue is actually because of the sellers. Sometimes the descriptions, pictures, manifests are not clear. Occasionally, an auction is so unclear I cannot tell what is actually being sold. I like the option to ask the seller questions that appear on the actual auction. That is a convenient feature most auction sites don't have.
