United States | 31 August 2024First of all, all the customer service people I spoke with were absolutely fantastic! Victoria, Ally, Balty, Ananda, etc. All great and kind people who helped me to resolve my issue. The great people that work there are the only reason I give a 2 star and not a 1 star... -- BUT BUYER BEWARE!-- Rather instead what I take issue with is company/website B-Stock itself and their terrible business practices. In my case, I was very lucky in that I was able to get a full refund back to my bank account (which as the customer service people themselves told me is very rare) and relatively quickly after about a week of calling and discussing with them back n forth over the phone/email... So what happened specifically is that I bid on an auction of old video games, but it turned out that they were reproduction games and not original games which greatly diminishes their value. The auction I won was very misleading/dishonest in presenting their value and what they actually were (perhaps because the seller was simply unaware but who knows). A major problem is that the B-Stock website gives me as the buyer no ability to be able to check the seller's profile or any contact information that I could use to ask any questions about the ongoing auction before bidding on it. It can look good based on the pictures or the auction manifest but end up being something completely different than what you thought you were getting! Only after taking a massive risk and winning/paying for the auction (over $2k) was I able to get the email address/phone number of the seller to be able to ask any questions about the auction that I won. Very lucky for me that the seller actually responded to my emails and was semi-truthful about the games after I further scrutinized what he was selling. After a bit of back and forth he admitted that they were reproduction games and not original as I further questioned him and asked for more proof about it. I told him I needed to cancel the auction and get a refund... and again very lucky for me that the seller was willing and agreed to that! I then proceeded to call customer service and showed them the email I had with communication from the seller as proof and as a basis to be able to get a refund. Now keep in mind, If the seller had been completely untruthful, unresponsive or unwilling to cancel the auction, I would have been stuck with a bunch of fake junk games hardly worth even a fraction of what I paid for them. B-Stock does little to nothing to offer protection to the buyer from scams or issues that might come up as I later read and heard from all the horrible reviews. They have a supposed "dispute process" after you first receive the order, but the odds of you getting your money back if something is wrong with the order at that point is very low if not close to zero. B-Stock is terrible for offering little to no info about the auctions that they host on their site, with no ability to contact the sellers or ask any questions prior to bidding/buying on the auctions. B-Stock specifically demands for Bank Wire payments only, which means if something goes wrong, they hold all the power in deciding what happens with your money! At least with a credit card or through PayPal payment there is an additional intermediary who can be a righteous judge in the transaction. They know that, and so they demand Bank Wire payments only to them so they can hold all the power in their own hands. The only way you would be able to fight B-Stock in their decision would be to take them to small claims court which will be quite the hassle for most people should it come down to that. Also they do very little to investigate or vet their sellers, almost anyone can sign up, pay a small $99 monthly fee and sell a bunch of garbage to you under the pretense that their "might" be something of value there that you can resell for your business. I have no doubt their website is full of scammers that take advantage of their awful negligent system as well as the unsuspecting new buyers. BUYER BEWARE as it's best to stay away! You are far more likely to get screwed over and lose money than you are to find a good deal that might earn you some profit.

United States | 30 August 2024Bstock does a great job, very helpful and courteous. as much as they can be since they are only the brokers. The problems are with the company's they sell for and the shippers. Not all Costco locations are the same , some better than others. Amazon is a little strange but we are happy with the product they could improve of course but still better than other sellers out there. My main gripe is with the wrapping of the pallets, very poor and items seem to disappear from the load as it progresses down the line. Costco is better.....Very happy with Bstock.

Recently one an Amazon lot with 674 units received only 40 can’t get an confirmation of when the other items will be shipped or not to dispute because they have 28 days to fulfilled orders they still selling online. If an items sells out online before yours fulfill they will cancel your order. Recently won a bid for Amazon that was cancelled because they wasn’t able to fulfill my order. This process is very bad for businesses who used this site to stock their business.

United States | 16 August 2024Been purchasing from Bstock for almost 2 years. Every now and again issues arrise and generally we get email correspondence to fix said issues. In the most recent order I placed there was an issue from the carrier. I reached out via email and did not receive the information I was expecting. After waiting for a response for a few days I decided to reach out to their customer support via phone call. There was a phone cue, and I opted for a call back, within the next 5 minutes I received a call from Bstock. On this call Ms. Ananda was very professional, kind, and thorough. She, very nicely, took my information, and informed me she would place me on hold while she did her magic. She was able to find an update on my order and the reason it was in limbo. She then helped me by getting the mediation team to look into the order and gave me the information i was expecting. She made sure she had answered my concerns, and I can say we are very pleased with the job Ms. Ananda did for us on this occasion.
