terrible platform to buy I have porches pallet of Costco this is not the first time the items mark as A-B that mean the items need to be in a like new or in good condition when I receive the pallet many items are Brocken and heavily used and since you pay with a bank transfer you are have no guaranty for your money the response that I receive is Costco don't accept return we pay $5000 fro what was listed as a 15,000 the condition of this pallet we will not even breakeven total lost we are still back and forth with BSTOCK this platform down give the customer any backup total lost there case Maneger dont respond already complain this is already one month since the case is open

Paid for an auction to Amazon through Bstock. Just over £9,000 It's been a month and Amazon have not even acknowledged the payment. I have sent a number of emails to bstock with no resolution. In their own T&C it states the seller has the responsibility to deliver the goods in a timely manner. I have spent over £100,000 with this company in the last 6 months and really deserve a better service than what has been given.

Die sogenannten Amazon Retouren sind in wirklichkeit keine Retouren sondern hier wird Schrott gekonnt ausgelagert. Nur ein geringer Teil ist tatsächlich in Ordnung. Dieser Teil deckt aber die Ausgaben nicht mal ansatzweiße. Unterm Strich habe ich einen sehr großen Verlust gemacht. Vielen Dank Amazon, dass ich sehr viel Geld losgewerden bin und jetzt den immensen Aufwand mit der Beseitung der Schrottartikeln habe. Danke!

I recently purchased a batch of Beats headphones. One of the products was not delivered to me. In addition, the condition of the products was terrible. I complained and nothing was done by Bstock. Later I found out that 8 headphones were broken, I complained again, and guess what? nothing was done. Don't waste your time or money, if you have a problem with Bstock you will be on your own.

I bought items from Bstock Supply twice and both times it was a failure. The first time it was supposed to be a bunch of watches with some expensive names but what I got was all chinese cheap stuff that were probably only worth around $5 a piece at most. They claimed the "retail value" was like $50 a piece average though... It was a hassle getting a refund. I decided to try them again later and bought a shipment of Google Pixel Tablets at a good price. They were to be original items but the seller never shipped them or would reply to any messages. I think they were just hoping I wouldn't get around to asking for a refund in time and would lose my couple thousand dollars. Again it was a circus getting my money back and I had to try a few times till they finally got it done. Customer service kept making excuses that the other customer service guy must not have got something done right....

Don't do it! All promises, no product, no refunds. They just take your money and do as they wish. 45 days in and still no refund or truckload. Run as fast as you can! "Processing" as usual. This is the second order we had an issue with in 60 days.

Thank you Jamal Alsharabi for this comment .. and I start Dealing with them Over three years If there was a way I could give less than one star I would. This whole site is one big scam. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BSTOCK SELLERS, they are off-shore sellers dumping the worst of the worst, you get what you get and there is no way to dispute. You will order appliances or furniture and get Different descriptions and furniture cork-and you will not get your wired funds back. After months of disputes, photos and frustration you may (only may), get a Bstock credit and even that will be partial. RESPONSE TO BSTOCK'S RESPONSE - I have no way of recovering my funds and you have locked my account for contesting a charge having received over 35 salvage appliances furniture,paid around 22000$ which I didn't order (not even close). So even if I wanted to I couldn't do anything , I am the wronged party who was cheated by a Bstock seller, I have lost my business AND you have locked my account for contesting a charge for a fraudulent transaction.

Never ever again. I have purchased 2200 earrings. They charge me $400 for small light ground USPS way for small box. I received 600 earrings instead and all cheap Chinese BS, nothing what was pictured. SCAMMER Company!

Terrible company that is going down hill fast. Won an auction, failed to deliver on time. Sent them a message that it has been 30 days and the item was not been shipped and i have not been contacted. Send a message to the company, next day they canceled my order. 2 days later my same exact order gets mixed with more items and put up for auction. B-Stock is not a fair bidding site and a-lot of scummy stuff goes on in the back scene. Stay far away.
