I would definitely work on your delivery... Updates and tracking or just an email letting me know that it has processed and shipped....... This is the second company I tried BTW... Ezoptical isn't any better.

The retro frames were exactly what I wanted but a size too small😢 I would like to return them and get a size bigger.

User-friendly for ordering with lots of options, and descriptions of those options. I had a few email and chat questions with the team and they were very responsive and answered all my questions.

I ordered 2 pairs back in May, but one pair didn't fit me well. I called and spoke to Xiomara to ask for an exchange of frames, however the frames I liked were different shaped than the frames I originally ordered and the prescription lenses wouldn't be able to fit the replacement frames correctly. I'm so glad I got Xiomara. She couldn't have been a better customer service rep to me! She not only worked hard to get my replacements, but GlassesPros even offered to send me the pair I wanted for free, with new prescription lenses! They didn't ask for anything in return. I was shocked and very appreciative. It's nice to see a company working hard to make sure their customers have what they need AND like. So we will be using them for any future eyewear purchases. MICHAEL WAS GREAT! He was in the process of refunding glasses that I purchased that wouldn't fit my safety lenses. He called me back 5 Minutes later & saved me a TON of money! I only need to email my new prescription to him & they will use their METAL Frames & their prescription safety lenses. ...This will be waaay more convenient since I dont have to DRIVE FOUR HOURS round trip 2 TIMES to Cosco! I am a second time buyer from Glassespro due to the great experience of my first purchase. I used them primarily due to price and availability. The product arrived asap and as expected. I had an issue on my second pair and they treated me respectfully even though it was MY fault and not theirs. So, this is the only place I buy frames from. I ordered a pair of glasses from them and they fulfilled the order right away. Those frames eventually got damaged (my fault) so I decided to reorder them again. They were stolen or lost and I had to reorder them again! Not only were they quickly responsive but helped me get another pair right away. This has been the best experience I've ever had with any company in terms of customer services in resolving issues but also in speed. I highly recommend ordering from them as they are family owned and quickly responsive.

Because of a err on the zip code, You'r lazy support team couldn't well wouldn't change the zip code to the right one or contact me so you just cancel my order. Now i have to put my subscription in again because your system wont save it for some odd reason which takes forever because of one lazy employ. Thanks Glassespros

I just got a pair if magnetic sunglasses for my glasses. Unfortunately one of the lenses was popped out upon opening. It just doesn't appear to be cut to fit tight enough...???? Order#000009437 They will work, but pop out easier than I would like. They are a good company though!! EDITED as of 6/11/23 I called the company today and they quickly took care of my magnetic clip on's!! Sent them a photo and they will send a new pair out to me!! Great customer service!!!! THANK YOU!!!!
