This is the first time we have used Glasses Pro and probably the last. It has been months since we ordered the glasses and every time we call, they say they don’t know when they will come in. VERY FRUSTRATING AND DON’T KNOW IF WE WILL EVER RECEIVE THEM!

Today is February 1, 2022. I requested a return in October, via the online method, as I was told to do after speaking with a representative. It had already been 15 days since purchase. Apparently GlassesPros.com allows ONLY 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR RETURNS. Beware. The representative did not tell me that when I called. I received no response to my return request, until I called today, over three months waiting. Very poor customer care.

After waiting 2 months for my new glasses, they were made incorrectly, I requested a return and after calling for nearly a month to get the status of my return, I finally was able to speak to their lab manager and he \ offered to make me new lenses free of charge. 3 and a half months later, the new lenses finally arrived and they are still wrong! Between incorrect lenses and the horrible customer service, I guess I got what I paid for. That’s what I get for trying to find a bargain.

I had placed an order on 1/21. They notified me of a frame color not being available anymore. I had some questions about lense size. I contacted them via chat sessions on 4 or 5 different occasions. Each time people were very helpful but I was frustrated that they couldn't edit my order. They finally suggested that I cancel existing order and reorder. That what I finally did today on 1/28. When I reordered, pricing went up and I was not happy. Opened another chat session and they finally got me a code to replace the code that I used that got me within .72 of my previous price. I was still not sure why it was not the same. I dropped one item from my cart to get the price back in range of where it was previously. I will now wait to see how my glasses turn out. This is not a 50.00 purchase. We are looking at a significant purchase amount. I hope my glasses turn out well.

Prices very good, but service is terrible! Slow to deliver; cannot connect with a live person; "mailbox full." Weeks to get an email response regarding returns. Returns are to Canada, so VERY expensive. Do not recommend doing business with this company.

I ordered two sets of prescription glasses. One clear lens and one sunglasses. I received both clear (no suglass lens pair) and they wouldn't replace them or make it right. Horrible customer service and waited over a month for my order. I'll never purchase from them again.

Avoid this place! They have an F rating with the BBB, they do NOT have a business license and the company address they have listed is the Blaine, WA FedEx sorting facility!! They're running this scam out of a house in Canada! They falsify records and refuse to cancel orders after tying up customer's money for weeks on end! After waiting 2 weeks for my glasses to ship and being told the materials had not arrived from the warehouse, I told them to cancel the order. They would not acknowledge my multiple requests to cancel, so I opened a dispute for the order. They then said the glasses were ready and gave conflicting dates of completion, all of which was a lie. I escalated the dispute and in response sent a "shipping notice". The item has STILL not shipped, all they did was create a label to make it look like the item was shipped in an attempt to win the escalated dispute to refund the order. I have no idea how this place is still up and running, they have over 50 open complains with the BBB that they refuse to answer. Paypal will eventually cancel their ability to use the payment platform because of all the disputes they currently have. HORRIBLE FRAUDULENT CONARTISTS!

The prescription ordered is not the prescription that was sent. The right eye lense was in the left eye frame and the left eye was in the right frame. I was told I had to have an optometrist write a letter stating they were wrong. Did that which was a hassle because of something that you got wrong as a company. Submitted what the company wanted as far as documentation. Have not heard a thing. Called several times and always get the we will send a follow up email and we’re going on almost two months without the glasses we ordered. Such bad customer service!

My first two orders I didn’t know what to expect. I hated the long waiting game and it being hard to get in contact with someone, after that order though I started to appreciate the selection and discounts. I can wait a month to get quality frames at a much cheaper price than any retail store. GlassesPros has grown own me for the better, I have become a collector and would really love to win this award! I’ve started gifting friends and family new frames from here so let stay in business together! :)
