Stay away from this company! I ordered two pair of glasses on 12-12-21. It's 01-25-22 and I cannot get a person to tell me one thing regarding my order, except that they dont give refunds. and it's "in processing". I am out over $200. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! UPDATE: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! I ORDER MY GLASSES ON 12/20/21 AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM! I HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES FOR AN UPDATE. NO ONE HAD ANY CLUE OF MY STATUS. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO ME. NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

They charged me for 3 pairs of glasses but only shipped one pair, neglecting to ever send the other two! Its been almost 2 months since I placed my order and there has been zero communication from this company. I called their contact number, received a message saying their inbox was full, and was abruptly disconnected. I also submitted a help desk ticket but no one ever responded. I'm now reporting them to the BBB.

Very satisfied with my purchase and service provided by the company. The frames I originally purchased break easily and to know have two backup frames for less than $30 is fantastic. I will use this site to purchase supplemental frames. Thank you to the support team and all those behind the scenes to fulfill my order.

3/3/2022 Update: It took 3 months but the final pair of glasses has finally been received. 2/24/22 Update: One month later and still no sunglasses but suddenly my order is showing as complete. There's no shipping information shown nor have I received an email with a shipment tracking number. Looks like opening a case with PayPal is my next step in an attempt to get my money back for the missing pair of glasses. I can't state strongly enough how awful this company is. 1/21/22 Update: They now have my order pending special order from the manufacturer. So were the frames not ordered until just now? Do NOT order from this company. Unfortunately, many of the bad reviews this company has received came after I had already placed my order on 12/1/2021. It's been nearly 2 months now and my order is still not complete. I ordered 4 pair. It took about a month (1/6/2022) before I received the first 2 pairs. I received a shipment today that was supposed to complete the order but it was only one pair of glasses. I am still waiting for my prescription sunglasses. I opened a ticket for the issue which they promptly closed saying they were checking on it. I'm sorry but you don't close a ticket until you've resolved the problem. That's customer service 101. Their support and communication is practically non-existent. I have to laugh seeing some of their replies to bad reviews offering a 10% discount on a future order. Why would anyone buy from you again? I've got an idea, why don't you give me a 10% refund on the order you still haven't fulfilled?

I am skeptical. No communication after placing order. Not even sure if they got my prescription. Customer service sucks! There were 2 charges on my credit card. I feel like they just robbed me of $309. Going to turn them into my credit card company. It must be fraud. I haven't even received an order number yet and its been 13 days. Yet they charged my card. I haven't even received a receipt for my purchase. I wish i had read reviews first. They sre terrible. Can i give zero stars? Update- February 3rd and still nothing. Did they just steal $309? Time to report it to my credit card company. How do they stay in business? Update #2- I really wish I had read reviews first. Trust me you don’t want to do business with these people. It took forever to get my glasses. Once they arrived they were terrible. The progressive lenses were all messed up and I could not wear them without getting a headache. I was so frustrated I ordered a pair of glasses from Warby Parker. I got them within days and they were perfect outside of the box. I am wearing them with no problem. Their customer service is excellent. I wrote glasses pros and said I wanted my lenses remade. They agreed to do it but will charge me another $50 to have a pair of lenses sent to me so I can go and have them put in the frame somewhere else. There’s also no guarantee that the lenses will be correct as I have no faith in them. So then what? I have to pay another $50? I have already paid $309 for a pair of glasses I can’t even wear.

I will never purchase from this site ever again. The product comes from Canada and it has to pass customs to be processed. It will cost me $40.00 plus weight to return $71.00 back to them. DO NOT BUY IF NOT FOR SURE OF THE PRODUCT. I would have given ZERO stars if possible. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK AND NOT HELPFUL. JUST RUDE. I wish that I had read the review and BBB reviews before buying from this site.

I was very excited about ordering from this company, but hesitated to review it prior to receiving my order. I did so any way and here I am having ordered Dec. 29, 2021, on January 17--still no glasses and none insight (no pun intended). In my emails, they inform me the glasses have not arrived at their facility, and close the ticket without satisfaction. I have tried to cancel my order and refund money without success. I would not order again from them.

Ordered two pairs of sunglasses in a buy one, get the other half price promotion. Was charged for two pairs, but was only sent one. Contacted the company to find out happened and when I might expect my second pair. The rep couldn't give me an answer and said she would get back to me. When I didn't hear from her, emailed customer support asking to either credit my credit card for the amount paid for the second pair or let me know when I could expect to receive the pair. Finally, received word from GlassesPros that the original order had been delivered, but nothing about the second pair that I had paid for. Had to turn it over to my credit card company to handle the matter. This was a simple matter of either sending the second pair and letting me know when I could expect to receive them or crediting my account for the glasses never sent. Customer Service 101. Instead it necessitated several phone calls and emails.
