Ordered, then waited, and waited, and waited.... I reached out several times and was ghosted until they...apologized for the employee who recently left and did nothing with my order? A refund was finally issued today, after asking for the umpteenth time what the technical mix up might be. (A little explanation about systems goes a long way in keeping a customer from going to the competition, *infra.*) Written customer service communications also now appear to have been passed on to ChatGPT. There are many competitors out there and I found one readily. Its service was professional, shipping and handling was fast, and prices were great. Here's to it!

I am a repeat customer and I just received another order with two pairs of Lafont glasses. I made a mistake and forgot to add my prescription to one pair. I wrote them an email this morning and they are sending me the lenses to pop in the frames—no charge!!! Unbelievable and excellent customer service!!! Thank you so much!!!

Wonderful company. I had a problem of mis labeling my address and they gladly shipped it back to my correct address. They also refunded a incorrect size. I wish all companies were as honorable and customer focused as they are. Wonderful People running this website. Thank You for restoring my faith❤️❤️

I recently purchased a replacement BMEC frame from Glasses-Pro. I was thrilled that they had my frame in stock since my original pair was purchased elsewhere and quite a few years ago.They were prompt with my delivery and the frames were a perfect fit for my lenses. Well you can imagine my dissappointment when an arm became detached in a way that could not be repaired. I wrote an email and included photos. Even though the damage was deemed accidental on my part, Glasses-Pro still agreed to replace the entire frame at ZERO Cost to me!! WOW!! Now that is what I would call Excellent Customer Service and extraordinary kindness. Thank you Glasses PRO!! I would not hesitate to do business with you again.

This is the 2nd time we have bought multiple orders of glasses from GlassesPros.com and both orders were of good quality and very good prices. We were able to track the progress of our fabrication via their website which kept us up to date on the process.

I can hardly wait to get my glasses. I went out on a limb when ordering my glasses knowing I must have progressive lenses, thinner lenses, transition lenses and of course my designer frames. I just had my Dr visit and the same frames and lenses were gonna cost me over a grand. I am getting these for a third of that! Just amazing!!! If they are what they are supposed to be, I will order more in the future. You guys have a very good and easy website. Thanks and I can't wait to get my new glasses! Valerie

It's a pity delivery time is so long. No communication on when to expect them. Then the glasses were too small. Put in a return request and after 3 weeks still no responds. So slow They send a reply with a number and an e-mail I called the given number. No one picked up. Send a mail. The mail was juist a standard blurb. The return request is now 2 weeks old, still pending and the free window has expired. Why is it so difficult??

Ordered two pairs of glasses but only received one as the magnetic was (after taking payment) not available. Company did let me know that fact and sent out alternative suggestion I made. Received one pair but the leg came off after a week! I have sent various emails to the company asking both what is happening with refund for difference in price between magnetic glasses and alternative - and what to do about the glasses that has fallen apart after a week - they are now not replying to me! I can not recommend this company. EDIT I feel I have to reply to the response from this company who have stated they can not find my order by saying again that I have sent various email trying to resolve this - please review your emails and reply which is what I was waiting for..
