The easy ordering process

I have not gotten the frames we ordered, nor have I seen any updates or had any communication, since placing the order. They were suppose to be here a week ago.

They didn’t have clear information on their glasses and ended up buying kid frames instead of the frames I needed. I checked more than twice and nowhere on the page or info did it say they were kid glasses.
