Great product description, fast delivery, great fit

I have a pair of Modo 7026 frames and wanted the same. I searched for weeks and GlassesPro.com had the best prices, but I've never ordered online. Trying their email & phone customer service, wasn't impressive and similar experience as others (no response, busy dial-in, etc...) with my questions, but their selection & price is 2:1 better than others online or in-store. I'm taking a chance and hopefully it will work out for me and placed my order today (3/7/23). If all goes well, I will report back and change my review to 5 stars. Stay tuned.... Update on 4/6/2023... So I received my glasses from GlassesPros, and ran into a problem. So my eye doctor put in the wrong PD on my Rx, which resulted in a very bad experience once I received my glasses. Thankfully, GlassesPros contacted me and is taking care of my replacement lenses at no charge. WOW! I didn't expect that and so grateful for the great customer experience. I'll definitely be returning for my next order.

Based on feedback findings for this company, I wasn’t sure about ordering from here. It took about six weeks to receive my glasses. A little longer than I would have liked. BUT they fit my face perfectly (I did use measurements from my existing glasses). They are what I ordered - essentially readers. And…they are hands down better than any pre-made readers I have ever bought. And that was the goal. Thank you.

I had an issue with the frame, I contacted them and explained my situation and they were really helpful and took care of my issue right away.

They are scammers. I ordered glasses march 2022 and I still dont have any. They dont reply to emails, dont answer phone calls. They blame it on staff turnover, but still dont reply to emails after that. What a joke of a company. Scammers

I placed an order and after two weeks wondered where the sunglasses were. I contacted customer service and they advised the glasses were on back order and would take three weeks to come in. They apologized and offered to refund the money. While I ended up not purchasing the glasses, customer service was fast, responsive and very helpful. I would order from them again!

This site was extremely user-friendly! We easily entered my husband’s information, as well as , easily had questions answered within the site! I didn’t have to look up anything on another site. My husband has struggled trying to find an affordable, quality pair of glasses that don’t fall off his face! This proves quite hopeful! Waiting for our glasses now!

Such a smooth and simple process. I picked out my frame at my eye doctor's office, came home and ordered the same frame on line from GlassesPros for a fraction of the cost. I do wish I had been told up front that I would wait 3 weeks for delivery but other than that it was a great experience and I saved about $200 on my frame
