Easy online purchase experience. Will have follow-up review as the order progresses through to delivery. May 3rd Received word last week that only one of the two frames I ordered was completed. The second frame is back ordered two weeks which is interesting because they were both the same frame. One month after they promptly charged my credit card, I still have not received anything. On the evening of May 3rd I received the first pair of glasses and it was as expected. A few days later, the second pair showed up. Unfortunately, I purchased a 1.74 index lens but they made the second pair with a 1.67 index lens. Very disappointing to wait this long and not get what I purchased. Makes me wonder if the lens prescription is correct so I will be following up with my ophthalmologist. They finally acknowledged that they did not send me the correct lens for one pair of glasses and promised to send a correct replacement. The lenses finally arrived in June. Just the lenses and now it’s up to me to figure out how to get them mounted on my frames. I guess they did what they promised, but the whole process took too long and I still question if the prescription and lens material is correct. I will not use Glassespros.com ever again and would not recommend them.

The website was easy to navigate and the prices were great! Unfortunately the turnaround time is extremely slow compared to other suppliers. They have to "procure" the glasses after you place your order. I just waited 11 days to get a tracking email that they have been shipped.

I had an issue with the glasses I had ordered for my mom online and Xiomara was very helpful and polite, she guided me through the process when I had to reorder them. I would definitely buy from this company again.

The company had the frames sought, and those were available at a reasonable price. Shipping can be slow sometimes, though, and that is a quibble.

I just ordered a pair or Woow Glasses that I found at my optometrist office. They were priced at almost $125.00 less so I was happy to find Glasses Pros. The process as super easy and I confirmed that the size was exactly the same as the ones I picked out at my doctors office. I have not received the glasses but I don’t see how I could be disappointed since I already tried them on and love the color and the style. Great selection so I will definitely check back again when I need a new pair.

In the beginning everything was good and I love my glasses but in the last order more dtham 4 months they did not come good and they never answers me back and no refund either.

I found the glasses I wanted that were originally in store on their website for half the price! I ordered my glasses and sunglasses in the exact frames and colors I wanted. Super easy to order online, you just need your prescription from your eye Dr. I had my eye glasses within a week, and sunglasses are on their way. I love them! Exactly what was pictured, and they fit spot on! I had to call and ask a quick question. When I did I got an actual human right away and he was so friendly right off the bat and answered my question quickly. I am so very pleased with my service from them and the quality of glasses/lenses.

When I found a high-end pair of Danish glasses frames that were half the price of the same pair sold in a neighborhood boutique, I immediately placed my order. I had a few questions; each email was answered promptly and thoroughly. I even got a phone call from GlassesPro to make sure I understood everything. I couldn't be more pleased with this company and my purchase!!

After I placed the order, I sent an email to customers success at Mar 19, 2023, 7:11 PM PT. "I just ordered these glasses for a costume party. I wanted to make sure these have clear lenses - no prescription is needed. Can you pls confirm? (When I purchased them, the website said add prescription, blue light, reader (non of which I need), so I added to cardt and bought them. Wasn't clear if they come w lenses). If they do not come with lenses, I'll either need to cancel the order or find out how much it costs to add basic glass or transparent plastic lenses w no prescription." I would have hoped questions clarifying an order could be answered before the order was shipped. I just got notification that it was shipped but no one got back to me. I'm concerned that the order is incorrect. ---------------------------------- 3 days later - I ended up speaking w the company's owner, who seemed like a good guy (and very funny). He immediately helped me resolve the issue, which I appreciated. Ty, and bumping my rating to 4 stars. I would go five, but the response did take a few days, which would had resolved things quicker. Otherwise, just Fyi, if you order frames w/out a prescription, you still need to click on the add prescription and get clear lenses, or they the existing lenses will come with a logo on them. But thanks for resolving everything.

I found a very hard to find frame here and shipping was really fast. When I contacted customer service with a warranty issue they were beyond amazing helping me get my problem solved. Highly reccomend!

After waiting close to 4 weeks, GlassesPros.com finally sent me my glasses. And the prescription was made incorrectly. They made me go to the optometrist 2x to get a measurement for them which I did. They finally told me they’d made the mistake & that the boss would call me back, which he never did. I finally had to open a dispute with my credit card company as I got zero help from GlassesPros.com. I would never advise anyone to get Progressive lenses from this company. Also, it is nearly impossible to get through to Customer Service as they only have 1 person taking all the calls. The cherry on top was they sent NO CASE for my glasses! After waiting a month to get my glasses, they want to fix the problem but since I had no back up glasses I went ahead and ordered glasses from a brick and mortar store. Nora Coats
