United States | 13 December 2022Update: the glasses were finally received. Told shipped 12/22 but didn’t ship until 12/28. But were received in great condition and are perfect. So thank you. Better communication when you experienced the delay would have been nice. I have changed review from 1 star to 4. Ordered glasses in November. Have sent theee emails requesting information. Have not had a single response. They accepted the money. But have not informed me of the delivery date for the product. Right now one star willing to adjust that review if contacted by them with answers. I want to believe they are ethical.

United States | 11 December 2022Terrible customer service as many have already expressed here and throughout other platforms. I’d advise you to not order from this company. I placed my order on 12/01/2022 for 2 pairs of glasses both with prescription lenses. 12/02/2022 I sent 2 emails (with order numbers included) trying to cancel this order since I was made aware of how many people had awful experiences with this company. No reply to both emails. 12/05/2022 I sent another email again trying to cancel the order. 12/06/2022 I receive an email asking for my order number (I had already included the order number in the original emails) and then stating “Orders once shipped can not be canceled and refunded before they are delivered. If you wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped, please wait for your order to be delivered and start the return process within 5 business days of receiving the package.” Apparently these guys are the fastest prescription lense manufacturers in the world! 5 days and they’re implying my glasses are ready AND shipped! Wow! Unfortunately, this isn’t the case. I send another email informing them of my several attempts to contact them and that all previous emails had the order number already included. They reply “As mentioned in the previous email, orders once shipped can not be canceled and refunded before they are delivered. If you wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped, please wait for your order to be delivered and start the return process within 5 business days of receiving the package.” It seems they have no interest in helping their customers and upholding their “hassle-free” return policy. If this matter isn’t resolved soon I will be getting my bank involved. Terrible experience I would not recommend under any circumstance.

United States | 01 December 2022Absolutely a "5 Star Experience" if there ever was one. My order status was "Processing - Lens Verification", not knowing what that meant, I placed a call to customer service, the call was promptly answered and the representative explained that there was nothing on my end to be done and with that I was satisfied. However, the representative was not! He said that since my lenses hadn't been ordered just yet that he was going to upgrade them to the 3rd tier! Being the research hound but frugal shopper that I am, I had already longed for those awesome lenses but alas, they just weren't in the budget so I ordered 2nd teir (mind you the prices are just about rock bottom as is, which is double awesome) but God shined his light on me and I can't wait to get my new specs. GlassesPros is now in my bookmarks & I won't hesitate to buy here again. Oh and, Ive got insurance which has been made just about useless b/c my complete pair plus extra frame was some $35 cheaper here, than my last single pair, with insurance purchase! Thank you GPs!!

He found them immediately and told me how much they cost and how to purchase them online...I could not believe the price they were. I actually went last week to my vision store and ordered the frame I needed that I had broken. The price was outrageous, and I really did not want to spend that much. I told them to order them for me. Then I thought maybe I can find them online less expensive. Lo and behold I went online to look today and that is when I found Jay. The store I ordered them from texted me today to let me know they came in; I immediately called them and told them to cancel the order. I am beyond grateful I looked myself and found Jay's store, he was so helpful to me. If I ever need something else, I will definitely go back to GlassesPros.com and will also recommend them to others Thanks again Jay!!!

Every time they failed to respond or didn’t keep a promise I kind of lit them up in reviews. But as a former business owner myself I know that every company stumbles at some point. I don’t write off companies for stumbling, I write off companies for not getting back up but THESE GUYS DID. They had a rep call me, they listened to my issues and made them right. They explained they are a small, family owned company that had some personnel issues. They dropped the ball and knew it. It’s taken a while but I’m pleased with how they stood up. I’d buy again.

United States | 22 November 2022Update: A representative contacted me directly and explained that they were going through some difficult transitions, and wanted to make things right. They gave me a full refund and did not make me return the second pair. Although I had to write a negative review to get the customer service I needed, I appreciate that they were willing to rectify the situation. This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. They took two months to send me one of my two glasses. The glasses were blurry, despite being the correct prescription, so I shipped them back. (They also argued with me about the glasses being made “to the correct specifications”). In regards to the second pair that had not been shipped, they promised an immediate refund. That hasn’t happened, and today I got the glasses in the mail. After several attempts, I finally got someone on their “chat” who said they would refund the one I sent back (it’s been two weeks and they were actually trying to fix them and ship them to me?) and that I had to ship back the second pair for a refund. This “Jay” person was the only helpful person I exchanged with. All of this is after several emails and chat requests with no responses. On chat, as soon as I wrote the word “refund”, the person would disappear. My original order was September 05, and I’m still dealing with them on November 21. Edited to add: the second pair were supposed to be tinted, but were not.

I called customer support, was on hold for 10 minutes and then it said the mailbox was full and disconnected. Is this a scam??? Order #000003310 Have I been ripped off? My last review was because the owner asked me to write a good one when we spoke on the phone. I was impressed to talk to the owner directly. Now I can't get a hold of anyone? Be careful!!!!!!! Joe

He was so friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful - not to mention efficient! He definitely made me feel valued as a customer and that my order is going to be top notch.
