Australia | 17 June 2022I received an AGL telecommunications invoice for $60.00. The cheapest account for telecommunications was quoted to me as $60.00. I accepted this in good faith knowing the plan I had confirmed would give credit of $15.00 per month. The bill I received noted plan fee as $75.00. This had never been quoted to me. I am disappointed with AGL and what seems to be a misrepresentation of the most reasonable charge for a monthly telecommunications fee. My estimation and understanding of AGL has gone down considerably and I would hesitate to recommend AGL.
