AGL suggested that I could choose a lowest electricity rate plan several months ago and I followed the AGL's advice , the plan I chose which is quite suitable and good for me as it lowered the amount of my electricity bills significantly . AGL did an analyse of my electricity usage and suggested me this plan .Hence AGL is a considerate energy provider . Love it !

When I phoned, I spoke to (I know her name) who told me she would extend the account due date for three weeks so that I pay the account and final reading at the same time. She was a very helpful person.
