I found your service excellent.I have not left agl, only my husband is the name on the account because that was what i was advised by an agl rep to get a better deal with you.I still pay the bills( he would not know how to pay them) i still have a breathing machine of a night(i can't breath without it. joanne egan.

We are very happy with the service provided by yourselves. Gas price appears a little high. Of course our review could be very different when prices start to increase. We would definitely have to shop around. But,for the time being,all is okay.

AGL is very competent energy provider in markets! AGL suggested that I could choose a lowest electricity rate plan several months ago and I followed the AGL's advice , the plan I chose which is quite suitable and good for me as it lowered the amount of my electricity bills significantly . AGL did an analyse of my electricity usage and suggested me this plan .Hence AGL is a considerate energy provider . Love it !

I had booked a final reading on line but I got a letter to say the account was overdue. When I phoned, I spoke to (I know her name) who told me she would extend the account due date for three weeks so that I pay the account and final reading at the same time. She was a very helpful person.

AGL were very good when we moved house, I only had to advise them online and everything else was seamless, I didn’t have to worry about anything..except actually moving. Great service.
