The only issue that kept this from being a 5 star review, was that due to the only warehouse that had the part in stock was in Georgia, so it took a week to get the part.

I checked several online RV Parts suppliers, and most had AWFUL reviews. Dyers offered the same price as any of the cheapest online parts suppliers, while providing EXCELLENT customer service and support. They were always positive, helpful, and honest with me. When my RV furnace (that I paid almost half the price most RV dealers wanted for the same heater) didn't ship on Monday like Atwood had said it would, they contacted them and got them to ship it the same day I called asking about its status. I would ABSOLUTELY do business with this company again. This is the first review I've ever left anywhere, but I'm that impressed with their awesome combination of incredible prices, quick shipping, and amazing customer service.

Ordered the equal I zer 12000 4 way hitch. Shipping said 3 to 5 days but had it the next day. Everything as ordered and complete. Will order from again.
