I placed an order for a part for a dometic toilet. after further research I found the issue was not the part I ordered but another one, so I cancelled the original order and it was done without a problem. The person I spoke to was knowledgeable unable to cancel the order before it was shipped.

Ordered an axle and initially to be in in 2-3 days, took a week and did not receive email of shipment. When it came in, no spring seats with it. Took another week to get spring seats sent to me and only sent one of pair. Now need the wait few more days for the other one to be sent out. So supposed to be 2-5 days has turned into 2.5 weeks. Have missed a few events as trailer neede axle!!!!! Disappointed and will not be dealing with this company again
