We needed a new handle for our refrigerator which is a special size. The handle was on backorder from the manufacturer so it is time sensitive as we are leaving at the end of the month. They have been so helpful in tracking the order and keeping us informed of when it can be shipped. Every person I have spoken with is very helpful and professional. I would use them again and would definitely recommend them.

Part did not fit

Time wise was fine but the wholesale house in Minnesota where you sent the parts from packaged the 2 spindles poorly (loosly)and they must have been banging against each other during transit. The areas where the bearigs and seals rode were all beat up and had to be filed and polished.one of them I had to weld it and polish. Please advise them to get their act together..

They have good prices the shipping was reasonably and it was reasonably quick I just wish that they offered commercial accounts!

As its mid winter I am unable to put this compass to a full outdoor test however from the directional check from the indoor house I find it to work great. I checked it next to the car compass and its right on. I'm sure it will serve me well in setting my manual satellite while camping.
