I purchased a Mercedes GLA from Harvey. I would really recommend Harvey his service was second to none. He explained everything on the test drive and answered all my questions, even out of hours, I would definitely go back and buy an other car off Harvey.

I have just had our second car serviced by A690. After the level of service we received when we had our Mercedes serviced we decided to take my wife’s Range Rover and we certainly weren’t disappointed. The young man on the service desk was professional, polite and courteous, this level of customer service I thought I would never find at a garage again. After years of suffering from poor, or non existent customer service at main dealerships, I was told about A690 and I must admit I was not disappointed. I would definitely recommend A690 for all your servicing requirements.

Sold my car with private 4D plates on to A690 cars. I asked them to keep the plates for me when they changed them over and I would pick them up. Obviously it was too much hassle for them and they threw them in the bin. When I asked if they would replace them I got told in no uncertain terms no way. There was no customer service at all. Would never deal with any of them again. Especially Richard

I bought the BMW X5 from A690 specialist cars this Tuesday. Firstly I dealt with Mr Allan. His customer service is brilliant, Manager Neil he took me test drive, He is so nice. All of the paperwork and payment done by Mr Richie he is so brilliant/ very helpful. I like very much this company. I do recommend the people to go there get the service from them .

Great service and communication, great purchase, very pleased with my new car peugeot (208 GTI). Harvey the salesman was very helpful and even answered questions sent late at night; top bloke:). All good so far, and I'm sure if there was a problem, they'd help me after a phone call. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from here.

Absolutely outstanding service!! This was our first major car purchase, we had looked at a few other cars at other dealers but we were so disappointed at either the lack of presentation or it just wasn’t as it was described!!! That’s when we went to A690 specialist cars to view a VW Tiguan.. and we were lucky enough to meet Richie!! who we instantly connected with.. he showed us round the car but always gave you time for that (private chat) no pressure.it’s was exactly as we expected .. off for a test drive, answering any questions we had and it was such a relaxed environment. Back to sort the paperwork out and Richie was fantastic, explained absolutely everything down to the last detail. In Two weeks ( just like we asked) the car was ready.. absolutely gleaming inside and out. If I could give more stars I would! From the moment I walked into the garage, Allan made me feel part of the family. Being able to communicate via WhatsApp was a huge benefit (especially as I don't enjoy phone calls!), despite being on holiday Allan still responded to my messages almost immediately (sorry about that Allan!). I'm not experienced or confident at all in exchanging and buying cars, but I was never made to feel embarrassed about that and always felt comfortable asking simple questions. I absolutely love my new land rover discovery, our new family car to have lots of adventures and make memories in. Thank you A690 car specialists. Would 100% recommend.

What can I say.....what an fantastic experience from start to finish. This is our second Range Rover from this brilliant place and we have friends and family who would not go anywhere else for cars. Ritchie is definitely the man to ask for when visiting or buying a car. Nothing is to much trouble for him, he gives honest advice and never ever pushed a hard sale. Ritchie knows his stuff and was so professional yet friendly so much so I even felt comfortable visiting by myself. Buying a car is a huge deal but I couldn't recommend a service or member of the staff more than Ritchie and the team at A690 car. So my review is a bit late, as we actually bought our Range Rover Vogue SE back in May this year. Well i saw the car online one Saturday evening and rang A690 the Sunday mornaing. Richie answered and told me all about the car, so within a couple of hours we had driven to A690 and were looking over the car. No five minute test drives here, a proper test route ,no getting rushed or hassled into anything. Back to the garage and a sit down with Richie to go through everything and the car was bought. Nothing was too much or too little for Richie, he even arranged to collect us from the train station when we collected the car the weekend just before his wedding. Trusted my 5 series to Paul and the team for some routine service work. Very competitive price, simple in and out drop off and collection. Everything all done and my car washed and vac’d. Well what can I say about our latest experience in buying a car for the second time here. The return visit should give us an indication that we value there services. Our second experience we must tell you about as we feel the entire process from a phone call to the driving away was as painless and more a pleasurable experience in purchasing a car then we have ever encountered. Richie was our sales manager, luckily he was the guy we spoke to on the phone so he knew all about our interest in the vehicle. As Richie explained to us on the phone that the vehicle was a one off and undervalued on it sale price. I thought “yeah the usual sales pitch” but true to his word it was exactly that and the mint condition it was in was of a showroom quality. Needless to say the deposit went down within the hour. The following processes seemed as if I was a useless bystander as Richie did everything for us and also kindly sorted out the purchase of our private plates which he advised us a certain way of doing it what would save us £150. So many thanks for that as you did not have to do this. With having so many issues over the years purchasing vehicles this experience was a total pleasure and it kinda relates back to our first purchase we made five years ago. We have literally just picked up the 2018 Discovery Sport we have bought from A690 Garage and as my partner is driving home I've decided to do this review now as I am smiling from ear to ear and completely over the moon with it. We were lucky enough to deal with Ritchie when purchasing the vehicle and from our initial interaction (where he came out to meet us in the forecourt in the pouring down rain) the customer service can only be described as outstanding. He is an absolute credit to the garage and certainly one to keep hold of. He is polite and friendly and would literally do anything to help you and make things as easy as possible for you.
