First og all, it was a overall good service. There is no doubt they do their job and if you have the right to compensation, they will most likely get them. The only problem, which is why I give 4 stars, is because of all the corespodence. Including, it was in german. I expected english. So I had to ask every time, if there was something I had to fill in or decide, but they was very friendly and replied every time. Overall, really good. Expect the case to be 6-18 months, but be patient

Last year our flight was delayed 6 hours, and just recently I realized we can get some refund. I wrote to klm but they didn't response at all. So I send everything to euclaim, and they were so nice , so quick. Within 1 month from the start I 've got the money. Awesome. I'm so thankful. It's a lot of money because we were 5 of us (basicly 3000 euro). Finally (after euclaim's cost) we got 2000, and I'm 100% satisfied because without them I wouldn'd get anything. Just that very day when I've got the money Klm responsed to my first personally letter and said (We would like to inform you that the time limit to announce claim about delayed flight is one year in Hungary. As your flight delay occured in 24th June 2014 and your web message arrived to our customer care dept on 23rd September 2015, unfortunately we are unable to treat your claim.) RIDICULOUS!!! They don't know I've already got back the money. So I highly recommended euclaim. It was a miracle I found them. I really appreciate their work. Thank you. I'm sooooo happy!

I am extremely impressed by the service provided from the EUclaim. The whole process takes slightly more than a year, due to the resistance from the airline company. But finally it has been worked out well, thanks to the EUclaim's effort. If there are similar companies like the EUclaim for other industries, then the world would be much more beautiful! EUclaim has been working on my claim for about 4-5 months now. I truly expected it to happen sooner but after the swift replies and help from their legal and financial team I understood that claiming compensation, or rather fighting for it, from an airline is NOT an easy task. Their honest and reliable communication standards really impressed me but what impressed me was how quick an easy the payment was once my compensation was sought out and won. I had a 15 hours delay by wizzair! It took 10 months to be paid, but worth it to wait, and i only have to do was 10 min, to upload my files! Thanks for your help!

Do not recommend using EUCLAIM. It has been 13 months and still they have taken no legal action against Iberia. For the last 9 month they give the same standard response that it has now gone to there legal department. If they ever do get the money they will take a 3rd of it for doing nothing for over a year.

Am Anfang versuchte ich eine Reklamation selbst zu schiken, aber ohne Erfolg. Deswegen nahm ich EU Claim zu Hilfe. Sie machten alles schnell (etwa ein Monat) und teilten immer die aktuelle Information über meinen Fall. Mit EU Claim wurde alles gelungen. Danke!

Great company. After the airline diddnt want to compensate me because of extreme weather conditions (2 mm snow in januari in Amsterdam) I went to EU claim. The airline also rejected their claim so legal action were taken. The only thing I needed to do was fill in some forms. So I had very little work and after a couple of months did get my compensation. I got 600 euros plus intrest back from the airline. After taks EU claim took 137. I think this is a fair pay for the service they gave. So a very happy costumer. Though I hope never to need the service again, next time I have a problem I know where to find them. Very sattisfied.
