Fantastic work by EUclaim, a well-oiled and smooth clockwork of lawyers ... and i got my money very fast. The information was easily accessed through the web. Thanks :)

If you do not have the time or energy to go through the hassle of making a claim yourself then EUclaim is 100% worth it. You give them all of the information and they handle it all for you. Trying to get money out of Ryanair is like trying to get blood from a stone and the whole process took over a year. I just handed it to EUclaim and forgot about it so the cheque I received in the post was a very welcome surprise. One issue is that Ryanair chose to pay me directly and of the £264.22 cheque I received, EUclaim then invoiced me for £152.96 which included court fees, admin fee and their 27% commission. They said that the €250 compensation amount was equivalent to £179.22 and yet the €25 admin fee they charged me was £19.57 Seems they will try to give you a terrible exchange rate each way

I criticised this company in a review and they replied. There is no facility to respond to their reply. They now claim that urkish airlines delayed my flight due to extraordinary circumstances. I maintain that this eu claim is a firm that fills its pockets with soft targets. If they can get you your compensation by writing a letter tghen they will but you , their customer woulld have achieved the same result. Claimiming ..bad weather...and it being a lie ..does not make for an extraordinary circumstance. my flight to Istanbul on that day was cancelled from Birmingham with heavy snow in Istanbul as an excuse and yet 4 flights from other uk airports managed to land at that same Istanbul airport.. Extraordinary= B*ll*cks. I am retired Police Officer. I thought I'd let a law firm handle it in the belief that they'd have more clout. I also falsely believed that this firm would be professional enough to establish the facts that planes leaving other u.k. air ports than birmingham all landed with no problems that ...the fictitiously heavily snowbound Istanbut=l airport. but ...no..the slightest lie and this firm bail out. I interviewed countless thousands of criminals in my former career. I had to listen to lots of lies but I had investigated and established the true facts to blow the lies away. Dont trust EU claim to do any job properly. I'll say it again as I have already got a crap response so that they think that their waffle is the last word. CRAp CRAP . EU claim are crap; incompetent, unprofessional and out for a fast buck.

I never knew about this right to compensation, but after my BHX-JFK flight with American Airlines was cancelled, we were advised to try and make a claim. So... I did..... after 5 months, the money is now in my bank. I think AA pushed it to the very last warning communication before admitting liability. Communication from EuClaim was fine, I was updated each time a communication was sent. I cannot fault them. So I claimed for 2 passengers 1200.00eur. With fees and exchange rates, I received £600 back which is better than nothing and cheaper and less hassle than trying to do myself. I will definitely use EuClaim again, in the unfortunate eventuality of being delayed in the future

Initially I tried to claim against a delay on Monarch airlines. They wrote back refusing my claim (with lies.) I decided to use EUclaim as I thought I had nothing to lose and couldn't be bothered with the battle. It took them over a year - but they got it. Very happy as Monarch refused to deal with me directly. They have earned their commission and I now have nearly £600 that I didn't expect to get.

Well I was at 1st a bit hesitant to use EUclaim but after my experience with them I can highly recommend everyone out there to use their service as they are very professional and on top sorted everything very quickly with the airline + I got my compensation. Well not the full amount but still worth it.

I got my money back, but their communication sucks and it took over a year and a half. I didn't get any communications from them since middle of Jun 2015 till May 2016. For what they charge they could keep you posted on what's going on with your claim.

Very professional company to deal with, I submitted my claim and within 24 hours EU claim replied to me and began the prompt process. They emailed updates whenever they received them from the airline and there login set up was really user friendly. Very pleased with the service and speed in the refund of my claim. Would highly recommend the service.

Poor experience of EU Claims. Firstly, being claim companies the airlines always ignore them. I spent 6 months chasing EU Claims for an update but as there system shows the comms between parties it is clear they were ignored by the airlines. I subsequently applied directly as I was tired of waiting and the airline settled right away, sending a voucher. Despite having no input it this, EU Claims wanted 27% plus €50 administration fee. As a gesture to cover their unanswered letters I offered to pay the €50 admin fee. They however demanded full payment despite having no input in the claim and have subsequently sent a series of threatening letters. Finally, in order to pay their UK bank in Euros I had to incur an international banking charge for sending money from Manchester to London. Ridiculous. My advice would be try yourself first. If you need help use a UK company. Avoid this lot.

I received compensation, but directly from the airline (EasyJet). I wrongly assumed that EUclaim payment had been deducted already, so I gave the money to breast cancer research. Of course that was my decision, but in the meantime, I have attempted to pay, and incurred a additional charge as the payment to their sterling account failed. They will not accept a payment by phone. Just a load of hassle, when the very reason for using a claims company is to take away the hassle, not inflict more. I'd recommend that if you are in the UK use a UK company, these are based in the Netherlands.

We had a really great experience with EUclaim. Our flight was delayed over three hours and the airline attempted to inform us we were only due meals, refreshments, etc. We knew that passengers with flights delayed more than three hours are entitled to compensation after seeing several posters in airports throughout the EU. As we are not lawyers and already knew the airline's position given the pamphlet they distributed. We searched on the Internet and found EUclaim. With EUclaim, you only pay a fee if you win which is deducted from your total claim. EUclaim kept us updated every step of the process until confirming the money reached our bank account.

I would recommend this company to anyone! It took 2 years to get the compensation paid from Thomas Cook for a delayed flight. They refused to pay so many times that I lost any hope. Finally EUclaim took them to the court and Thomas Cook paid the money. It was worthed to wait for so long. Thank you, great service!

After unsuccessfully applying for compensation for a 20 hour delayed flight directly from the airline, I approached EU Claim who dealt with my application in a very proffesional but easy to understand way. After approx 2 monthes they informed me that the airline had agreed to pay the compensation. I am very grateful to EU Claim, and advise anyone who has a simular problem to contact them immediately.

EUclaim helped me to receive the money (250 euros) that lufthansa had to pay in respect of the Rights of the Passengers. I tried on my own and lufthansa bounced me back and refused to cooperate. With EUclaim I ve got all the necessary support in a well organized way. I ve been updated from time to time and I finally received the money. Super!
