Thanks to EUclaim, I received my flight compensation from Air Malta. I am very happy that I chose EUclaim and I have been compensated accordingly.

Got in touch with Euclaim by e-mail. When they got in touch I found it easy to follow their instructions. Passed all my flight details they requested I submitted the claim in July 2015 and it took until March 2016 before I got a settlement. Euclaim kept me up to date on what was happening, but worth the weight. I have gust been in formed that the air line was taking to court and we received 800 euros. Euclaim charge 27% and £ 10 handling charge. But I was pleased with the services as I had tried for years to take on Mon air line. George Baxter

I would highly recommend EUCLAIM to anybody looking at getting money back from an airline. My dad asked me to work with them on his behalf as he was on a delayed flight by Ryanair and didn't even know he was entitled to compensation. They literally do all the work for you. When you first sign up they do send you a fair amount of paperwork- power of attorney and what have you, however once you fill all those in and send them back that's your work done. You occasionally get an email updating you on the process of your claim. All the way through they were very quick in replying and only took about 2 months to get the money from Ryanair. Thanks Euclaim. If I ever have a problem with an airline again I'll definitely use your services again

It all started with our plane being very delayed, from Río de Janeiro to Frankfurt. In the end, the plane was delayed around 6 hours. When we were waiting at the airport in Río, a German man next to me googled, and said to me, that if the airplane was more than X (can't remember) hours late and the total kilometers more than X (can't remember), then each passenger had the right to 600 euros. It sounded a lot. Others were talking about it also. Then, the woman next to me on the plane, she said she heard about it, too, but that when people write to the airplane companies, they don't respond, and so nothing happens. I googled it when I came back to Sweden, and many people said the same thing. Then I googled on and came across EUclaim, and they seemed serious. I read through "their deal", and after I was convinced there were no extra fees or costs or anything, unless if they managed to help me get money from the airplane company, then they would take their share, which was something like 27 % of it all, plus an extra 25 euros or something. And I thought: "I have nothing to lose. If it doesn't work, then it doesn't work" - because I really didn't have the time or energy to go through and drive that process alone. So they helped me, and all the way through, in a very professional way. You get you account, you get clear instructions, and it is a little bit messy at first, in the beginning: you need to copy flight info as a proof that you were on the flight, they send you a contract, you sign it, they scan it in, and it all goes quite slow. But in the end now, I came home from my journey (which was a long one) Jan 24th 2016, and I got the money (which in total for me was around 400 euros) today, March 15th 2016. So almost 2 months, but hey - they did a really good job, so good that I took the time to write this excellent review! So of course I recommend them. They're great.

Took over 18 months to process my claim. There communication throughout was abysmal and the customer services is non existent. They Take large fees for being the worlds worst middle men. Never again.

12 months passed since I opened my claim and the last update on the proceedings happened more than 6 months ago. I had to chase them via email to understand that their "legal team is preparing all the documents" and while they didn't show any proof that any work was being done I can tell you now that after another few months I have yet to hear any news about my case. Should anyone believe that this "documents collection" would take 6-7 months to take place? At this point I imagine they focus on easy cases where the airline is going to pay straight away taking a good % of the money you could have just as easily collected if you made your claim the typical way. Harder cases will end in the back of the queue since there will be too little returns for the amount of legal work required. P.S. I did receive the email, two months ago, and all it says is "we're collecting the documents for legal procedures", that must be a lot of documentation if it's still ongoing. Besides that, I have no proof you're really doing any work at all.

Signed up online with EU Claim after a delayed flight home on 10th January for our family party of 6. I was given a password to sign in to my account, where clear instructions were given on what was needed. Once the documents were uploaded (boarding passes, booking details etc & signed Power of Attorney for each person) I didn't have to do anything else. I was kept informed at all times, both by email and on logging on to my account. Jet2.com paid the full amount claimed (€400 per person) and we were happy to pay EU Claim their fee, approx 1/3 of the amount claimed. The money was in our bank accounts within about 8 weeks - brilliant! No complaints at all and would strongly recommend using this service if you want a quick, no hassle resolution. Thank you EU Claim!

I expected the fee Euclaim charge for their service would mean that once I had provided all the information required I would not need to be involved. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I found I had to become very involved in the claim, sometimes chasing both the airline and Euclaim for an answer. The whole experience was very stressful, as well as time and energy consuming. It took over one and a half years before I received my compensation; had I wished to feel so much stress and dedicate so much time to it, I would have made my claim directly to the airline company.

I think the service is a little bit too expensive (but the cost of the service was clearly mentioned from the very beginning, no hidden costs). said so, Euclaim offers a definitely professional and very functioning service, updates are frequent and extremely sharp and they reached the goal. I would definitely recommend it.

Whereas the air company in our opinion had very little help to offer when our flight was cancelled EUclaim instantly saw the validity of our claims

I was very happy with EUClaim and the service at first. However, I have not received any update on my cases after May 2015. I am still waiting for an confirmation whether EUClaim will/has issued proceedings (the first letter to the airline was sent by EUClaim in December 2014). It was easy to contact EUClaim when I needed to make a claim and they responded all my additional questions as well. Overall I think their terms were also fairly easy to comprehend. Until I receive some kind of conclusion in my case, I cannot provide a final review.

No update on our claim since June 2015. Appear to have changed their UK claims processing company from 'Bott & Co' to 'Van Emeyde' in the meantime which makes me think our claim has probably been misplaced and/or forgotten about.

Very easy to use. Very easy to follow what is exactly happening. And when you have any doubts or questions you receive an answer within a day (most of the time even within an hour). Excellent! You give them the details, you sign a power of attorney and you do not need to think of anything else....oh yes one thing..give them your bank account details! :-)
