Liz is amazing, customer service of the future I tell you couldn’t ask for anyone better when dealing with the company, had to get an engineer out for my boiler to be fixed and can I just say I’m over the moon with the result and liz’s role in the matter, quick, easy and effective you should give this lady a raise 🙏🏼

Disgusting customer service 1st called Monday 14march at 19.00 left vm as no hot water and no heating left alternative contact number for the tenant they called me Tue 15th March 9.30 am asked them to call number and gave number at 13.00 tenant called to say no one had called called again they called me back at 15.30 again gave correct number and as of today I have called 6 times left 6vm saying there is a child at the property and no hot water and no heating and it is now 16.30 Wednesday 16th March and still nothing

Very disappointed with Hassle Free Boilers aftercare. Have been waiting a long time to have my boiler serviced as it is having some issues. Over three years since installation and it's never been serviced yet. They eventually arranged to have an engineer come to service it but he couldn't work on it as the boiler was oil rather than gas. Some miss-communication there. They were supposed to follow up but never did. Now I'm waiting for a new date and I'm having to chase for updates again. Aftercare leaves a lot to be desired and customer service aren't very sympathetic. Seems like they also should have been compensating me for those three missed servicing years as well going by other reviews.

No heating or hot water with 5 children in the house! I am very grateful for such a swift response by the engineer. Spoke with kerry in customer service who was helpfu and swiftly arranged an engineer to come to the house.

Phoned up in the morning and Liz phoned me back straight away and aranged for an engineer to come out as an emergency the same evening. Excellent and friendly service. Highly recommended

5 stars I had a really quick response regarding my boiler repairs. Not being able to use my boiler was so difficult getting day to day activities done but Kerri, who sorted an engineer to come out to look at it. What a life Saver ! Brilliant customer service

We worked on a project with Hassle Free boilers for a customer in Worthing. The project was managed by Hassle free boilers head office, and was handled superbly. It was a pleasure to work with them on this job, it was a totally stress free and great experience and led to the customer being very happy with all aspects of the work.

Great Customer Service. I had a really quick response regarding my boiler repairs, with a little one and no heating i was in as slight panic but was quickly put at ease by Liz, who sorted an engineer to come out to look at it.

I spoke to Jacob regarding my current boiler having issues and needing a repair, he talked me through possible solutions and arranged for somebody to come out and inspect the boiler. Very helpful service.
