United Kingdom | 16 February 2022Do not deal with this company. For a boiler that should cost you about £2000, it will cost you roughly £6600. Dont be fooled by their service plan which is included, if servicing hasn't been done, they will credit £50, which is a joke as no one would service a boiler for £50! Please note should you want to settle early, you have an extra £500 to pay for admin/early cancellation & restriction release fees. A complete con and sadly it is those of us who are struggling in the first place, who take something like this out.

United Kingdom | 03 February 2022From almost the very beginning of our ordeal at the hands of Hassle Free Boilers on 27th November 2021, I indicated that I would be asking for a daily compensation rate of £100 for every day I was without heating/hot water. I received not one single comment or objection to that amount. I never had any realistic expectation of achieving that anyway, but I'd hoped that it would be an incentive for HFB to get the boiler installed very quickly, for, on the basis of my experience with them 2 years previously, I was concerned that we going to be vulnerable during the whole Christmas and New Year period, and, as it turned out, that is exactly what happened. Nothing but empty admissions of liability and false promises. Furthermore, the 23 emails I received from HFB, attempting to coerce me into buying a boiler, where I had no responsibility to do so, was nothing short of harassment on an industrial scale. I brought this to the attention of Jacob Pyatt in writing on several occasions, but he offered the pathetic explanation that it was because the company had my email address, and I should just delete them. However, they just kept on coming, and I kept all of them. I was not very happy with the derisory and insulting offer of less than £9 per day for 40 days, when it should have been 47 days anyway, and I made a counter-offer, which I considered took account of all the issues which they had so cynically and callously neglected. I requested £50 per day, which reflected not only the time 2 vulnerable and elderly pensioners were without services, but also the terrible danger we had been subjected to, and the constant lies and deceit we had to endure, plus the total inconvenience and upset to our lives. I also requested excess energy costs of £570, which was an amount over what I would normally consume in both gas and electricity during the same period, which I could prove. In the 47 day period I had consumed 4117 kwh of electricity trying to keep us warm, and I sent the details to my landlord, including a photo of my electricity meter with an up-to-date reading, which he passed on to Pyatt. However, it had no effect. I also claimed 4 payments for missed appointments on 16th November, 14th and 16th December and 28th December, also ignored, and finally I claimed a £10 payment for each of the 23 emails on the grounds of harassment. In fact, I considered my offer to be quite generous, under the circumstances. The reply I received was utter silence, and Pyatt subsequently replied to my landlord, with not a word from him (Pyatt) to myself since. Again, I have recounted the pure unembellished facts, astonished at the despicable and disreputable behaviour of such a company. I will finish with just 2 words: "CAVEAT EMPTOR"---buyer beware!! You have been warned.

They now want £4000 for £2500 worth if work. These people are cowboys and what they do and service they provide is criminal.

United Kingdom | 12 January 2022not the best of service ,if boiler breaks down over the weekend there is no support so you have to email and wait till monday .at the moment they only have one company who deals with the problem North west Gas ,and they dont come out out straightaway.my advise is not to become their customer ,They have completely finished the phone service,so there is no way you can speak to anyone about the problem
