United Kingdom | 18 August 2021So I started with enq to the company in JANUARY 2021, I was advised by their team to apply for a green homes grant, this would mean a £7500.00 green homes voucher for A air source heat pump and boiler. The advisor knew I had no heating or hot water. Fast forward there were several mistakes made in the quote from Hassle free, it needed hto be revised 3 times, needed to stick with the company if not I had to start again. I had to continually fight for them to update the errors with weeks of waiting between and constantly being told they were not wrong (they were). Finally end in sight I was told all along that once voucher through it would be fitted within 2 weeks. Well beginning of June it was through. Still NOT FITTED 8 Weeks, I have been with NO HEATING OR HOT WATER for nearly 9months. I posted on their face book page, amazing someone came round to measure? But really didn't know what he was doing (he was asked to do as prev appointment cancelled) I was asked by him to remove to post as his director was not happy. I AM STILL WAITING FOR EVEN A DATE FOR THE BOILER TO BE FITTED. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE IN AN EMERGENCY

United Kingdom | 13 August 2021Hassle Free Boilers are undoubtedly The Worst Company That I have ever dealt with. The initial installation 2 years ago was done so badly we were left without hot water for heating and showers for 3 Months Mid Winter. Grants (The manufacturers) Engineers had to fix the complete mess that Hassle Free Boilers had done. Yesterday their engineer arrives to do a routine inspection and ensure the boiler is working correctly. Matt spent 2 hours working on the boiler which had been working perfectly. Now , We now cannot have a shower for the water initially warms up for 30 seconds before going cold. Complete Incompetence. We are on a Friday and You Can Not Phone Hassel Free Boilers. All the management and staff are hiding behind COVID so that the lazy lumps don't have to do the work the supposed to do!! A perfectly Running Boiler has now be stuffed up by their Incompetent Technician. The Grant Boiler unit is great but please don't get Hassel Free Boilers to install and maintain it You Will Regret it Paul

Hassle Free Boilers require you to have high consistent standards within a very tough industry. Making them one of the best in their field. The other members of the team I have had dealings with have also been excellent.

Once i did speak tobsone one they were lovely but then pasted me on to another company and after 3 days still waiting to for phone cqll to arrange to get boiler fixed. NO HEATING NOW FOR 10 day and still waiting.
