Disgusting customer services had my boiler fitted mid November paid £2300 didn't put all of the extras in that I asked for but let that go. Then the Condensite pump broke about 3 and half weeks ago I tried to get in touch. They put it down as a gas leak and said I needed it checking it wasn't at all. Booked for engineer took a day off work no one turned up booked for a second time again no one has turned up left 3 messages today and no one even phoned back disgusting want reporting to trading standards we booked these as we were told installation would be same week honest stay clear quick to take your money but not fix the problem they've made Update 15/2/2021 I've still had no one out to fix the problem and was phoned in response to this and yet still I have a broken pump on a brand new boiler total disgrace also told to email of I had further problems which I have done more time off work for someone not to turn up surely there's more than one engineer in the North East??!!! Update 25/2/2021 Part was eventually replaced but no customer service afterwards as promised just disgraceful no communication they're not the only business that has been through this pandemic so they can't blame this for their terrible service?!!

Poor customer service I have sent several emails and left voicemails and I am being ignored it’s been over 10 days since I have been leaving voicemails and sending emails for a urgent matter but the company is not bothered as it’s not a sale stay away from this company

I had my boiler fitted by these guys about two years ago. Everything was fine and I’ve had no issues until earlier out this month. I decided to put my property on the market to rent as I was moving away but wanted to keep my house. I found a tenant in a day and started to get all the checks completed for the heating and gas safety. The tenants wanted a new light in the kitchen which was installed during this time the electrician looked at the boiler and told me the long list of errors of how the electrics have been wired. Tried to contact hassle free boilers but no reply. Maybe if I leave a review on here someone will bother to get back to me. I think you should change your name. Hassle free!? I don’t think so

Do not use this company! They fitted my boiler over 19 months ago incorrectly. Since this, we have had numerous problems which have arisen from them fitting it incorrectly at the start! Their customer service is shocking! They do not answer phone calls and you are greeted with an automated message asking you to leave a message. Even when one is left you still have no reply from them. I have emailed them numerous times still with no response! When they finally arranged for a engineer to come (after a week of no hot water), they then wouldn’t answer the phone to him to authorise him to carry the work out. So we are still left with no hot water! I would not recommend this company to anyone! It is far from Hassle free!

We have been awaiting boiler installation for over 2 weeks. Dates arranged and no show. Not able to speak to anyone and no reply on email or telephone messages. Very disappointed with service, considering cancelling and going elsewhere as no hot water and only small burst of heating.

Just sent an e-mail to customer services about our boiler the same situation as a lot of other people no service being done , well I would ask Tyrone why he is not replying to these customers because like the review dated 30/12/20 we received very good service so why should Covid make any difference ,we cannot lose our heating my husband has a heart condition and feels cold all the time ,our car was serviced in November 2020 by the way !!!!

Up until this pandemic I could only speak kindly of this company. Boiler was installed over 3 years ago and had been serviced every year as promised. Very happy. However something has gone wrong. I tried to book the service in October and told that due to the pandemic they have a big backlog for servicing and will be in touch before Christmas. That has gone by and I can't get hold of anyone. Boiler needs its service which is now overdue by 3 months and is part of our contract. Have emailed the advised customer services address so let's see whether I will get a phone call. I have read other people's reviews on here and it's not looking good. UPDATE: Boiler was eventually serviced today thankfully. Maybe just a blip period. I'll give the benefit of the doubt.

My boiler had started linking, although it still works, as I haven’t had my annual service this year I thought I would ring them. Due to COVID couldn’t speak to anyone on the phone, had to leave a message or email them. I did both and someone rang me within the hour and arranged to come this afternoon, being the same day I rang. They have replaced the valve causing the leak. Very happy with the service.

Yes a fairly quick and easy process from start to finish. I did have an idea of what boiler we wanted which helped. Guys who did the job where great. Only had fitted a couple of months ago. But definitely recommend.

I am also still waiting for an annual boiler service. This would now be 2 months short of 2 years since it has been serviced. Hassle Free Boilers have taken a decision to stop all services due to the pandemic but keep installing new boilers? by the way a new install takes many many hours more than a service. It is clear which way they want the money to flow. This is a breach of contract. They are not a reputable company and avoid contact with customers who need help (i called many times and sent several emails). Sorted now, make it easier in the future. customers shouldnt chase for services!

Horrendous after service, I tried to contact them after installation of a new boiler in June. No answer on the phone or by several emails. Fortunately I had the subcontractors phone number who initially helped me but he no longer does work for them due to payment issues, surprise surprise!! My new boiler is now failing regularly I can’t get any response. Will be contacting Viessmann directly when they open on Monday. Don’t touch HSB with a barge pole( unless you want HASSLE). I today received a courteous apology from Brett at HSB. They will be speaking with me further to resolve any issues.Faith is restored !

We have oil leak from newly installed boiler last year by hasslefree boilers. The service is over 3 months overdue and no one is responding to calls and emails. We have had 2 emails sent to hasslefree.com that has been returned saying ‘it couldn’t be delivered’ and on instant chat it gets redirected to someone called ‘Jamie’ and message is returned saying he no longer works for the company. Why the message still gets redirected to him is beyond me! I have messaged on Facebook and it gives a number to contact if urgent and then still get the same message that they are working remotely due to pandemic. They are not the first company who has had to adjust during the pandemic but first experience of zero customer service! I have now cancelled my direct debit as they have technically breached their side of the contract. This may get their attention. Avoid this company...

***UPDATE ON MY REVIEW YESTERDAY*** After leaving my review yesterday Hassle Free Boilers contacted to send a different engineer out. The second engineer determined the problem to be something entirely different to the first. He is able to repair the problem once he is given approval from Hassle Free Boilers. Both the Engineer and I have attempted to contact Hassle Free Boilers via email and voicemail over the past 24hrs with no reply. It is now day 6 without heating and hot water with no indication from Hassle Free Boilers when it will be repaired. Ironically this company is nothing but hassle and I would urge anyone considering using this company not to.

We have been without heating and hot water for three days now. Our boiler is from hassle free boilers and we cannot get hold of them to say the boiler is broken, there is no one manning the phone lines, we have emailed and left voice messages and no reply. It is freezing in our house and we have two small children. This company is absolutely disgraceful. I don’t want you to respond on here asking for our postcode I want you to respond to our emails and voice messages telling you our boiler is broken. Look up Mr A Power in area TW19 this is an urgent matter! Update: miraculously hassle free boilers called after I wrote that message.... said an engineer would call us .... which they didn’t! So day 4 and we’re still in a freezing house with two small children!

Terrible company! Took two weeks to install our boiler, as they kept sending the wrong part. We had no heating/hot water for this period. Customer service was awful. Had numerous problems in the 15 months since fitting, boiler has now stopped working despite leaving voicemail and email have had no contact. We have a small baby and a 2 year old. Such bad service.

This company do not even deserve 1 star. They have failed to service my boiler which has now resulted in a problem. I have been without heating for over a week. You cannot speak to anyone direct and they do not return your calls. The engineer that was arranged failed to show and I am now waiting to hear if they are sending out another. No phone call to confirm. I am a single parent and they simply do not care . Avoid avoid avoid
