Excellent company! We have been working with Hassle Free Boilers for a while now and they always provide a professional and reliable service. I work closely with Aifa Hart and Sam Glanville, both are always very professional, helpful and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend! :)

Had a problem with my boiler before Christmas, was worried about getting engineer out after reading some reviews but came out within 24hrs, thought problem had been sorted, unfortunately boiler still didn’t come on. Engineer came out following day and fixed it, so happy with service

An Absolutely very unprofessional uncaring company atrocious customer service aftercare They Used all the wrong diameter gas pipes ..confirmed by gas safe.. They left me with a gas leak putting myself my wife and young children at a serious risk..confirmed by gas safe.. I had to call Gas Safe to report them and the gas leak..recorded by gas safe.. They were ordered to return to my property to remedy their very unsafe work..recorded by gas safe.. All documented by Gas safe visits No compassion or empathy what so ever for customers once the cheque is paid Profit before safety and health & safety standards

My boiler totally broke down I had no hot water or heating for days I was sent Alex an amazing engineer they replaced the old boiler with new boiler in 1 day I am so happy thank you so much guys

I require an engineer to come and look at my boiler which is leaking however there is no one to call! Just leave a message, and hope Simone calls me back. Do you have an emergency number. Currently no heating or hot water and I have a child with additional needs who requires both!

The worst company I have ever dealt with customer service wise. Selling my house and needed to pay off the remainder of my deal, bearing in mind this is me trying to give them money, cant actually phone only leave messages and correspondance is by email, most the time they pawn you off saying they are on it or will respond and never do, once Id received the information to pay the bill, I did so, but they didnt remove a restriction on my house so it is now holding up the sale, once again every step of the way is absolute agony and getting any action or response from them is impossible, they are such simple requests, I almost beleive theres only actually one employee there doing the lot, the sea of 1 star reviews tells you everything, there is something direly wrong with this company and their name is just the ultimate irony

0 stars would be better not interested in servicing boilers and never reply. Paying monthly for you plan so want are we paying for as the last god knows how many services have been missed due to you never responding. Got a smell coming form boiler but cant get hold of them just leave a message and we will call you back. If we have to get this sorted I WILL be invoicing the cost back to yourselves for some one to come and sort this out seeing as you have NOT kept to your side of the contract

I am fed up with this company I suggest every one Don't go with hassle free boiler. the customer service rubbish. I manage to contact any one. my service due. i am paying a lot of hell money to them. I suggest you don't go with hassle free boiler.

I have been with Hasslefree Boilers since 2016 I have always had satisfactory service to the Boiler etc. recently I discovered two radiators leaking which affected heating and Hot water. contact was made to the aftercare department. and lased with Aifa Hart she is the aftercare Senior Advisor. I very much appreciated the way the problem was handled , Radiators ordered and delivered. three days after an engineer from Echo Smart came completed the job , checking the boiler and making sure everything was in order. Excellent service all around.. a very warm thank you.

Great service. The ordering, payment and installation were all spot on. Good communication throughout and the Engineer even gave me a lesson on how to operate it. Brill, just what we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

My brother has been waiting for the annual service on his boiler since November 2019. The first two years, not problem, but now the service is a disgrace to say the least. They are using the pandemic as an excuse for not servicing boilers which customer's are paying for as part of their contract with the Company. November 2019 we never had Covid-19 in this country??? Despite emails and phone calls trying to resolve the issue their response is abysmal. We will be" in touch with you again soon" is what you get. Deal with this Company at your peril! Absolutely disgusting!!

Since October, when we had the solar panels fitted, they have worked really well with the Air Source Heat Pump throughout the winter. Even in the cold weather we have had we have had the water heated as the sun still seems to heat the panels. it has been a really good combination.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I cannot express how awful this company is. Their customer service is NON existent, they don’t respond to calls, emails or anything and don’t even call you back in an emergency. I am sitting here writing a review as we are in our 3rd year of a 12 YEAR CONTRACT that we were forced into 3 years ago due to not having the cost upfront to replace our boiler. What a mistake it was!!!!!!! Not only is this the second time in 3 years we’ve had no heating or hot water SINCE HFB INSTALLED A BRAND NEW BOILER we have also had a water leak in the boiler room which has been leaking for 5 days and they don’t give a damn! My mum is also recovering from a stroke and is extremely vulnerable and they’re leaving us to freeze! If there was a way to get out of this awful contract we WOULD, but BEWARE of their long contracts and very high repayments!! I do not recommend ONE BIT And if HFB reply - I have sent YOU AN EMAIL customer.services@hasslefreeboilerscom As well as calling your 0125 number 2/3 times a day with messages of my contact details! HFB finally, after 8 days, rectified the issue, but now my mum is sick and more SHOULD have and COULD have been done. Update: HFB asked me to email with further assistance but hadn’t even replied to the emails about the issue in the first place! AVOID.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Reported a faulty boiler nearly a month ago. Have left voice messages and emails at least 8 times! Eventually someone called me back and said they would arrange to come and repair the boiler, that was 2 weeks. I am still waiting! Even in the present climate and people working from home, it cost nothing to reply to to messages and keep people updated. Just feel like you are being ignored.

It is a pity that I can’t leave Zero stars!!!!! I have now been without heating for nearly 5 months. Have had constantly ignored emails and messages. The heating system has been installed incorrectly and we have been told could be considered dangerous. The customer service team are aware that we don’t have a working heating system in the coldest period of the year and here we are 5 months later with nothing resolved. I am at the end of my tether with this situation! My recommendation is DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I would like to make a positive comment about your Customer Service, specifically through the young lady under the name of Aifa, who has been outstanding showing how caring and professional she has been. Always patient and willing to help, considering the tough time we are going through, specially this winter being so short of staff. Coming upto 5 days without heating, emails ignored and the one call received promised action!... as you can guess sod all happened. Due to medical issues we will probably have to move out in the best Covid-19 way we can. Don’t trust a company that leaves people like us hanging like this. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I’m currently at the hospital and my wife is at home in minus 4 conditions trying to get somebody to answer a damned phone.
