Honestly poor experience. Took ages to find an instructor who then told me he couldn’t do the intensive course that I had paid for. Then sent 100 emails but because I had missed one about re scheduling a test then I now how to do it myself and pay extra money. Even though it’s clear I couldn’t do the test as they had only found me an instructor a week before the test date. And had only had 1 lesson

Terrible company don't know how you are still on bussines. Avoid this company as I was waiting 6 months and nothing happened paid everything and done no lesson. Worseee company you waisting my time!! Scam scam scam

They took my money straight away I couldn’t get onto the student portal app and everytime I rang up for help they was useless and blunt. I cancelled my course over a week ago and still waiting for the money to hit my account I would not recommend pass me fast at all they’re rude and useless

SCAM SCAM SCAM! This company took over a thousand pounds off my mother who bought time sensitive driving lessons and tests for my son. My mother booked the lessons at the end of July to be completed before return to school in September. PMF took over 5 months to provide 2 lessons!! They actually have zero driving instructors themselves. They take your money then contact driving schools in your area to see if they can book lessons with local providers for you! We could have done this ourselves!! When booking we explained we had limited time and required an expedited course. When we booked it my mother was assured there was sufficient time and available drivers for this to be comfortably achieved. Once booked and paid for they told us they had a clause giving them around forty days between passing theory test and proving instructor for first lesson. Forty days of waiting to start is not fast. It was almost at the time limit when they provided the name of an instructor we had to contact ourselves. There was less than a week available from providing instructor contact details to the designated driving test date. The assigned driving instructor did not have availability for an intensive driving course. In fact he could provide only one lesson in the available time. He reported many clients and instructors were dissatisfied with PMF. PMF made no apologies for their poor service. My mother and my son made multiple contacts to try to book the promised lessons. The driving instructor and the 15 hours of driving lessons never materialised. PMF refused my mother’s request for a refund and offered her £66 compensation instead. Disgusting treatment of a pensioner who was trying to do something supportive for her grandson! Even the driving instructors do not want to work for this bunch of scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Run away from pass me Fast they are thieves, They will promise a refund, you will never gets your money back. They are team if cheats and thieves. Never trust them with your money or driving lessons. Never fall a victim of their Fraud activities. I paid Balance, they promise a refund, but when I change my mind, not started with the driving lessons. Experience with passmefast hasn't been the best. The process and how it works is fine, but I've received a lot of differing information one day to the next. I've had an extraordinary amount of unnecessary and frankly pointless emails and calls from staff who seem to contradict each other on every occasion, which has bothered me a little. For example, I put over 50h of availablity for lessons per week, which is more than enough. I then got a call not long after advising they are struggling to find me an instructor because I haven't offered enough hours on the portal. Once telling the person on the phone that I have no annual leave for the year left at work, and no further availability as 50h is enough. They then persisted to ask if there was any leeway. There wasn't, but the message didn't seem to go in. Then the same day within the hour I received another call advising that lots of instructors are vying for me and would I like to do any lessons? What is this about? It's confusing and unnecessary. Moments later an instructor was suddenly found. Just a catalogue of stupid things that don't need to happen. I would recommend them for the job they do in regards to booking all the things and fast tracking, but I wouldn't recommend them based on their customer service because I don't think it's good enough

Jen is an extremely patient and friendly instructor. She is reliable, professional, and knowledgeable in regards to driving and the PassMeFast experience. Thanks to Jen, I passed my driving test first time. Definitely recommend.

Did a 40 hour complete beginner manual course. Started lessons in the beginning of September and passed my practical on the 20th of November. I did 2 hour lessons 2-3 times a week, so I do recommend doing this course if you want to get your driving license quick, as it only took 2 months for me to pass first time! I couldn't have done it without my driving instructor, Abdulzaher Adelyar. He was very patient and calm as I came with 0 driving experience. He also has great knowledge of all aspects of driving and he communicated well whenever I needed help!
