I can’t say enough good things about Andy! He’s truly an exceptional person with an impressive level of patience and composure. Even in the most chaotic traffic situations, like the box junction with cars honking left and right, Andy remains calm and unfazed. Instead of getting frustrated, he stays positive and collected, helping to keep everyone around him calm as well. Throughout the entire traffic jam, Andy went out of his way to be helpful, ensuring that everyone was navigating smoothly and safely. His ability to maintain this level of kindness and level-headedness, even in stressful situations, is remarkable. He’s the kind of person who brings a sense of peace wherever he goes. Andy, thank you for being such a great person—your calm and helpful nature is truly inspiring!

Although they lead you to believe that any unused hours will be refunded, they will just ignore any such requests. Not a reputable company.

Amazing instructor! I was very nervous and had little confidence to begin with but within a month I was razzing about safely and confidently. I cannot recommend my instructor enough, he was so positive, driving went from something I dreaded to something I looked forward to.

Exactly the refresher I needed to get me ready for my test. Syed taught me everything I needed to know and made me feel confident to drive and carry out my test.

So firstly, the experience with passmefast was so smooth and easy. Not only did they have someone call straight after sending in my request,they set you up so quickly and instantly start looking for a theory test date. There are lots of options for payment and you don't have to pay straight away (a deposit possibly if I remember correctly but not the whole thing). Once the theory was passed,they instantly start looking for an instructor and driving test date for you. You don't have to do anything but sit back and wait. Even after being assigned an instructor that didn't have availability for me,the sorted it out quickly and found me another test date and thank goodness! My driving instructor Wojciech was so good (I've had a few instructors over the years and he one of my favourites) always early for the lesson,fantastic reassurance and confidence boosting and no hesitation to tell me what needed improving with a fantastic lesson structure to make sure we were on the right track. Thanks to him I passed my test with 3 minor faults and finally have my licence!

I highly don’t advise this company to anyone. Therefore get yourself an independent instructor who accept pay as you go method of payment!!! After I paid my deposit in August I was ready to get things started in October. These people guided me through every step talking about flexible ways of paying the course etc. AFTER I was allocated and instructor and AFTER the call I had with their support service and AFTER I made my first payment of a monthly payments I planned on making through the Student Portal. AFTER that I was informed I was expected to pay my course in full within a week timeframe. I literally called days before on the line to make sure that the option of paying through the student portal was okay, these are the same people that told me yes. I was expected to pay a ridiculous sum and even after I maid my first payment they changed the narrative and told me that I couldn’t make monthly payments through the student portal as I previously stated and clarified over the phone. I’m just glad I clocked things fast and refused to make any other payments towards the course. The misinformation and audacity to ignore me after I made claims for course cancellation and refund is beyond me. I have made a claim through my bank now and I found myself a private instructor to start things up. I am very disappointed by this company, their misinformation and limited compliance when it comes to giving refunds is beyond me. My course still has not be cancelled as I sending this review and I just don’t understand it. If a client is unsatisfied with your poor service the least you can do is to respect their wishes of terminating things and move on but this company just doesn’t get it.

Well ,I had my theory test expiring, pass me fast quickly organised onother one for me.I had no problems at all ,it was smooth .Kudos

Instructor never turned up for lesson and said that PassMeFast had cancelled the lesson. I had received multiple reminders for the lesson by text and email from PassMeFast and have subsequently received a feedback email

Danny Perring, great instructor, makes every drive smooth and fun really is a great instructor.

Darren was a fantastic instructor, never missed a lesson and always on time. As we got closer to my test he did extra lessons with me outside of his normal working hours to ensure I was properly prepared. His teaching style was fantastic, very patient but progressing through everything fast and because of him I passed first time after only 30 hours of lessons. Would highly recommend him and have already told some friends to get it contact with him as I couldn’t recommend him more.

John Husdell was my instructor and he was amazing, could not have asked for a better instructor. He helped develop the skills I needed to pass my test and gave me techniques to settle my nerves. Highly recommend this instructor! Thank you John

I spoke to Ben G last week to see if I could move my test up. He listened to what I needed and he managed to find an earlier test once I followed his advice of also contacting my driving instructor. A great phone call and I'm very happy

Chris was great, he talk through things and allow me to feel comfortable with my decision. He gave me options that informed my decision to choose Pass me first.

My instructor Dan was very pleasant and polite. Would recommend him to anybody wanting to learn in a relaxed environment.
