Took way too long over 9 mouths to pass could of done it quicker my self and saved loads of money over a thousand pound wasted absolute joke of company never never ever use pass me fast they are only hear to take your money they don't care about getting you passed

Value for the money was definitely worth it. You can get so much more support as well as lessons. Mathew Hartman was the instructor assigned too me and he was great. Always puts you at ease and actually shows you where you’re going right and wrong and how to correct it. So much better than the independent one I used before. I passed first time with only one minor (which was my own fault on a road that Mathew had mentioned the strict speed limit numerous times and I forgot haha)

When I booked my course and spoke to a representative I was told that if I don’t use all my hours I can be refunded, so this is why I bought 20 hours. I would of only bought half that if I’d have known that they were not going to refund me my unused hours which amounted to just under £600 which is a lot of money to family’s with low income. I got led into a false sense of security and false advertisement and paid for a service I never needed the full use of.

TERRIBLE - BE AWARE THEY MAY NOT HAVE AN INSTRUCTOR FOR THE TEST THEY BOOK, so you either cancel or do a later test anyway, so not worth the extra cost of a “fast-tracked test” - Firstly promised a test in September by telesales person before giving them initial deposit, then booked a test in October. - Didn’t hear back from them at all, until I contacted them myself 2 weeks before my test date (bare in mind they had 2 months to assign me an instructor) - They were unable to find an instructor who could do my test date so said I either had to push it to a later date or fully cancel, therefore having wasted my time. - Tried to charge me the full £700 for lessons and the test, even though they had failed to provide an instructor who could do my test and I had not had the lessons. - Only star I can give is that they eventually allowed me to keep my test and only charged me the initial deposit, but I then had to find my own lessons and instructor arrangements with someone else within less than 2 weeks of my test. - Left me in an awful position and put me through a huge amount of stress.

Ben was really informative and friendly over the phone, made sure I knew what I was paying for I.e. pass plus and hours. As well as explaining what happens after deposit including the passmefirst app.

I can recommend pass me fast and my instructor very highly, it was a great experience. My instructor was very helpful and calm throughout every minute of my sessions. He had a lot of knowledge that he shared with me in the correct order and would turn any concern I had into positivity. Very happy that I passed first time.

Did my test with Wayne H in Chorley. In 10 hours he got rid of all the nerves my previous instructor caused and got me through my test first time. Every instructor needs to take a note from his book. Not every student is the same. 10/10

Really good intensive driving course experience, at the end of my two weeks of learning I not only passed my test first time but I also managed to do so without picking up any faults! Gavin was great at helping me push past my initial nervousness on the road but also made sure we pratcied on the roads I'd be driving once I passed and not just the test routes

Selling a service they can’t deliver. We chose a 40 hr course in June for my daughter and were assured an instructor would be assigned asap after passing her theory test. . She passed her theory test beg aug and straight away we accepted a practical test date of 8th Nov. Then the emails start telling us they are looking for an instructor and there will be a delay due instructor shortages . Something they assured me repeatedly wouldn’t happen . By beg October they are asking us to change the test date as they still can’t find an instructor. Mid Oct after downgrading our hours from 40 to just 10 an instructor was allocated and then you are to organise your lessons directly with them. Our instructor Antony was a lovely chap but due to the short time scale between assigning him and the test date the only availability to suit the instructor and my daughter was 2 x 5 hrs lessons from 4 to 9pm. After a full day in sixth form this wasn’t ideal but was the only option . In the end we didn’t use all the 10 hours (although we have paid for them!) as we had taken the precautionary measure of signing her up with a local driving instructor for 1 lesson a week from August and with practise from the dad she was already test ready and the 10 hours weren’t needed Save your self the money and find another provider if you want to learn quick. Pass me fast have great instructors but the company itself cannot deliver the service they charge a lot of money for and they will tell you multiple times that they are working hard to find an instructor. There’s been a national shortage of instructors for ages so they need to manage people’s expectations better and stop selling what they know they can’t deliver As of 25th November Pass Me Fast still Haven’t contacted us to discuss our experience despite us giving them the requested information

Please be mindful before using this company. I am still waiting for a call back from the two promised by Ben and Jack. Had to send a chaser email 1 week later to request a refund due to no response after this being an issue for over 3 weeks. I had an instructor cancel a 3 hour lesson the night before and then pull out of my lessons 1 week before my test date, Pass Me Fast allocated an instructor to me 4 days later who was advised of the incorrect hours so could not fit me in before my test date and subsequently because of the time gap (where i would have had 9 more hours of lessons) advised i was not test ready. At first Pass Me Fast were not interested - they then after some few phone calls - agreed to credit me my driving test back but not the driving hours as i should have disputed this on my portal. I trusted the instructor at the time to fit these in as and when and even sent Pass Me Fast a text screen shot supporting this and they still refuse to credit me these hours back. (Total in 5 owed currently - i sacrificed an additional 3 as the new instructor couldn't continue to give me lesson after my test date so it was pointless having any more lesson with him when i wasn't doing the test) so that 8 hours over all i have lost due to the lack of care, competency and planning from Pass Me Fast. It is just simply not good enough - this is around £539 just down the drain.

The company itself has really bad customer service. Having to call several times just to get basic info added my account and still having issues to date. Luckily the instructor actually listens and takes on notes and allows flexibility with location and times. I’m only on my first lesson but the instructor is friendly very informative.
