I had an amazing experience learning to drive with Suraj as my instructor through PassMeFast. After just 10 hours of lessons, I felt confident and fully prepared for my driving test. Suraj’s teaching style made everything clear and easy to understand, and his friendly and encouraging personality helped me feel at ease behind the wheel. I’m very grateful to have had such a fantastic instructor, and I would definitely recommend both Suraj and PassMeFast to anyone looking to learn to drive quickly and effectively!

Terrible experience. Paid nearly £200,00 for an intensive 2 week course and was given an instructor who only works part time with no weekends available also. Asked to swap to someone else and they refused on the basis that you can't change instructors. Its now been a year since I started the course and despite over 40 hours of lessons and extra payments ontop my instructor refused to take me for my test. Informed me I can go to the test in my own car so when asked if I need to take anything with me for the test he stated no. Luckily I took an extra mirror for the instructor as they wouldn't have allowed me to even leave the test center car park

My instructor Fergal Donoghue was very thorough with his teachings especially with such a short learning period with him. I enjoyed my driving lessons with him and found it very easy to understand the instructions he provided to help me gain my driving lesson in such a short time. I fully recommend anyone who wishes to gain there driving licence to have Fergal as there instructor.

The 5/5 stars are for my instructor Michael Rogers, in the Chippenham wilts area, super friendly, calming, gave me many helpful tips for all manoeuvres etc, the very best instructor. I’ve had a few lessons from other instructors over the years and always just gave up, but this time, thanks to Mike, I finally passed. I cannot thank him enough! I would 100% recommend learning with Mike Rogers if you are in the Chippenham wilts area! I would give Pass Me Fast 1 star as they were very slack with communication, although they did connect me with the best instructor!

Darrel Peacock was brilliant in helping me get back behind the wheel and teaching me in a great way to learn how to drive at a high level of standard of awareness, health and safety, monovours etc…, all the stuff you need to be safe on the road and carry on building your driving skills to further being safe on the roads, I further thank him for helping me to be able to pass on my first test, very happy, would highly recommend as an instructor.

The 5 stars are for Ariana!!! I'd give 2 stars to the company overall. My review is specifically for Ariana who provided the best customer service I've ever had. I've not had the smoothes journey with finding an instructor and getting my lessons booked in and it left me really annoyed, upset and anxious. She managed to not only explain the situation to me much clearer than anyone else on the team has managed to over the 4 months that I've been dealing with these issues, but she also managed to take me from a a crying anxious and mess to pretty grateful customer, in less than 10 minutes. She was so thorough in her communication and went out of her way to make sure I was ok. Cannot thank her enough for smoothing out such a rocky journey!

Ariana helped me cancel my course as well as refunded me a portion of what I paid.

I am incredibly disappointed with this "intensive driving corse" if you can even call it that. After paying in full, it took four months to secure a test date and was only granted after requesting a refund, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my first instructor canceled less than a week before my lessons were set to begin, leaving me in a lurch. The second instructor was equally unsatisfactory, showing poor communication despite my repeated requests to expedite lessons as my test date was fast approaching. Given the high cost of the course, I expected far better organization and support. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and poorly managed. I wouldn't recommend this course to anyone—it's simply not worth the time or money.

Kingsley Ugwumba helped me pass at Wood Green / Tottenham and he was the best instructor. Kingsley was incredibly patient and always made himself available around my schedule. He gives good clear advice while being friendly and supportive. I would strongly recommend Kingsley to anybody who wants to learn to drive!

The website including the service from PassmeFast was not great in itself but the instructor was really really good. The instructor was very detailed, asked about my style of learning and was never condescending even while correcting my mistakes. He always told me why the rules were important for the safety of everyone and this really helped in my understanding of safe driving. I dont think I would have passed without the instructor.

Nasty company, nasty people don't bother with these. I recently found out I have an aggressive form of cancer, I asked for my money back as I cannot proceed with any driving. I have not yet had any lessons. The man i spoke to said they would keep £250 deposit plus admin fee. He was very rude when I stated that this was unfair and I would like £400 out of £456 back. He replied I would need to prove i have cancer. This is disgusting. I asked to speak to a manager he put me on hold then cut me off. Give me my money. I'm going to my local MP and the papers with this. I have sent emails and messages to the company but nobody is talking to me. Update for 30/10/24 I have had messages saying that they will look into it! How about refunding my £400 please. 2/11/24 Still waiting for my refund. And for someone to talk to me 8/11/24 After asking pass me fast to cancel they are harassing me for my theory test results or my account will be suspended. I asked you to cancel this over and over again and refund me £400 I'm still waiting. Everything is now passed onto a solicitor.
