We booked with pass me fast before my daughter had passed her theory test, we were told to let them know once she had passed her theory to start the lessons. Once she had passed her test we called to use the booked lessons and they said they had expired. Do not use this scam company!!! Update - Passmefast got in touch to say there is nothing they can do. Do NOT USE these people. Also do not be fooled by PassMeFast responding to any of these reviews. They got in touch with me to say there was nothing they could do. They want to 'look' like they are responding but they couldn't care less once they have had your money.

Extremely Disappointed - Took My Money Without Providing Any Service I had a terrible experience with PassMeFast. I paid around £300 for their service, expecting to receive quality training to help me get my driving license. However, months passed, and I received absolutely nothing—no lessons, no communication, no support. When I finally reached out to ask about the service I paid for, they informed me that because it had been a few months since I purchased, they would not be providing me with any service at all. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a complete scam. I paid for a service in good faith, and instead, I was met with excuses and refused any support or refund. They essentially took my money without delivering anything in return. I would strongly advise anyone considering PassMeFast to look elsewhere. My experience shows they are more interested in taking money upfront than actually helping their customers. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that values its clients and provides what they promise.

I was comparing different companies for intensive driving courses and got a phone call from Jak. He was so personable and kind. He answered all my questions without pressuring me, he gave me lots of different options to choose from, and when I wanted some time to think he called me back the following day when requested. I managed to decide on how I wanted to proceed and Jak helped me through the process. Now I'm looking forward to finally being able to drive. Thanks, Jak!

I felt more confident on the roads after 1 lesson with Osman than in any of my previous lessons with other instructors. I also achieved more in this 1 lesson than hours of lessons previously. His approach is very supportive and calm which eased my anxiety which had previously stopped me from driving. I am enjoying the lessons and driving now!

Helpfull and easy to use

I was assigned with an instructor who I decided not to go ahead with their lessons after a short phone conversation. Being very stressed I contacted pass me fast and I was assigned with a new instructor Mr. Said Fayazi who from the begging was very honest and clear. My test is at the end of this month so, wish me luck. However, I still would like to recommend him highly specially those who had to endure previous bad experience with other instructors.

He is friendly and knows his job.
