United Kingdom | 23 October 2024Do not use this company the communication with them is absolutely shocking and they are not helpful in the slightest. My boyfriend is in the process of do his driving lessons at the moment, failed his first but he had pass protection so got booked in for his second and failed due to the instructors car having issues with the tyre so they completely refused to take him out in the car. Then after weeks of ringing trying to get through to pass me fast sitting on the phone waiting for hours just to be cut off we eventually got through one morning explained the situation to which they told him they would ring him back that day and didn’t (this was over a week ago). So after no call back and again sitting on phone and getting cut off we sent a email requesting a sort of update regarding his test and nothing, we left this a few days to give them chance to see it but nothing we’ve had to email again now just waiting to see if they respond and actually do help us with this. I would suggest to anyone wanting to start their driving lessons to go elsewhere as this company will not pass you fast what so ever they are just a complete scam and will take your money and give nothing in return.

United Kingdom | 22 October 2024They will not pass you fast. I am currently in the process of trying to even get lessons booked in for my son after an unreliable instructor they assigned. He’s had 1.5 hours worth of lessons in over a month, keep getting told it’s being escalated and nothing done. Test date was pushed back as said couldn’t accommodate lessons, it has been difficult. If you are looking for a quick, semi-intensive course then this is not the one for you. After speaking twice on the phone to try and get this resolved, I have now had to lodge a complaint.

United Kingdom | 22 October 2024My driving instructor was brilliant. He was so calm and efficient as well as making me feel comfortable in the car. Paas me fast us rather expensive and adds extra charges on if you need to book further hours from what was originally booked.

United Kingdom | 22 October 2024You might wanna make a cuppa for this one!!! I booked an intensive course with Passmefast which cost over £2000. Generally the communications were fine with the company. They met their deadlines just about and all was ok. The issues came however, when I met my chosen instructor. This woman was abhorrent! Her name was Suzanne and came from Abingdon. Her company name was Cleverly Dunn just so you know who to avoid. I should have read other reviews of this woman beforehand as they would have warned me for what I was in for. We nicknamed her Karen because she was the definition of a Karen. She yelled at me, yelled at other drivers and bad mouthed people in her personal life. She constantly grabbed the wheel as though I was going to crash. She even told me that she has had people not turn up to lessons or refuse to come out of their house! I have Crohn’s disease which is aggravated by stress and anxiety which I did relay to her a few times in the hopes she would ease up. She caused me so much upset that I was using the bathroom every morning before the day with her and if you don’t know Crohn’s, these were anxiety induced urgent bathroom trips that are very uncomfortable. She had me in tears at one point to my girlfriend as I felt I couldn’t do anything right and felt like a failure. I was barely learning anything, probably because I was on high alert trying to avoid her wrath the entire time. I brought it up with her and we decided to cut down the intensity into smaller, more manageable chunks in the hope that she was just this way because it was an intense course. However, she was still just as intense and crazy. She doesn’t seem to understand that she is awful at this and with people. She believes everyone who bad mouths her is wrong but at some point you need to think “maybe I’m the problem”? But she never will. Other bad reviews she has responded to in her usual “I’m right, you’re wrong” bullying way. Sure Karen is “qualified” but you need some level of calmness and understanding to be in this job. Not shouting at me and other drivers! Instructors most definitely shouldn’t have road rage. After a few days I contacted Passmefast about it in the hope of changing instructor for the remaining hours. I even sent screenshots of all the bad reviews. They said they would try and so I waited. Now, we live in a small town in Oxfordshire so I’m thinking she is the only nearby instructor with time to take on intensive courses (I wonder why) because we got nothing out of Passmefast for months after this. I was actually terrified to start driving again because of her. After a while I decided that I needed to take the initiative and book my own lessons as this was going nowhere. I contacted Passmefast again and asked for a refund of the lessons I had not yet taken so I could fund my own lessons. They sent my request to the Finance team and eventually they declined to refund me anything as they had already paid the instructor for the whole course in advance and she was unwilling to give any of it back. Now I think that is a really stupid business move. Why pay the entire amount to an instructor when there is a chance they won’t be liked by the learner? You’ve shot yourself and me in the foot there. TLDR, Passmefast washed their hands of me and don’t take any responsibility for setting me up with what could possibly be the worst driving instructor ever. I never saw any money back and have had to find more money to start driving again elsewhere (which is going great by the way). My new instructor is calm and amazing. I’ve learnt more in less hours than I did with her. PTSD from her nearly made me give up learning at all but I’m glad I persisted with someone else. Passmefast needs to acknowledge some sort of responsibility for their part in this. It’s not my fault I was paired with such an awful instructor who should be written off. They need to better vet the instructors and perhaps not give them all the money in advance so there is room for change should it not work out. I feel as though they were so desperate to hit deadlines that they went with anyone and I lost out because of it. I would have rather they said they couldn’t find anyone in my area and refunded me so I could book elsewhere. I give 2 stars purely because the communication was ok and some of the customer service staff were really nice. I highly recommend you find and cherry pick someone local yourself than a third party. You will have more control despite it being less convenient. I can’t recommend this 3rd party approach in hindsight.

United Kingdom | 21 October 2024Everything went wrong my first instructor put me down and battered my confidence in driving i asked for a refund because I didn't want to drive anymore and passmefast refused and gave me a second instructor it started well and then I was told off like a child for getting things wrong and asked what was wrong with me. Now he won't answer my messages and has taken my money. Passmefast have just left me waiting in ques to cut my calls off. I seriously wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

Ben was amazingly helpful and talked through it all step by step and how to access everything to keep up to date. The paying process of the lessons is super helpful as I don’t need to pay all at once. I can’t wait to learn with passmefast.

United Kingdom | 18 October 2024Had a friend that agreed to pay 950 pound for a full thery and practical test he ihas dylexia so he doesn't read well they told him they would arrange a special thery test with somebody to read the questions etc after a 2 month wait ans paying a 250 pound deposit they booked a regular theory test if we had not decided to phone dvsa and check he would have gone to a regular test and would have failed due to his dyxlexia so he has now booked a proper thery test with dvsa direct and now pass me fast don't want to refund his 250 pound deposit
