Not very informal, quick to take your money and sell you the best thing. But don’t explain the fine lines till it’s too late. Unexpected phone call, (10th August 2024) while being at work I said I’m interested but not right now as I’m busy. Lady on the phone was persistent and pushy. I felt incredibly forced and paid £200 over the phone as a deposit. She told me you will need to sign in to see how much it would be to pay monthly ect. As she couldn’t explain to me how the finance works or how much it would be a month. No terms or conditions were mentioned at this point. I’ve recently had a difficult time financially, and rang them up to try and cancel and try again when I’m more financially stable. The woman on the phone said because I had already logged in I wasn’t aloud to cancel the subscription, and if I did force it, I would loose the £200 I’ve paid upfront. Also I have been told that there is a guarantee that you pay extra for two tests for the price of one. And the woman said she would add it on for me, which was discussed over two months ago.Been checking my account and nothing has been added or payment not come through. I work long hours through out the day , and haven't been able to ring to ask questions. When I finally have, they told me it’s too late to buy the guarantee as I’ve had two lessons. Just very disappointed, as information should be put across correctly and throughly! As now not only have I missed out the deal but also forced to do something I couldn’t financially afford at the time.

Don't know what the point was of paying £2500 to this company. They got me a useless instructor that always cancells my lessons, when I do get him, he's constantly taking calls and on his phone. It's 2 weeks before my tests and he cancelled again. Not even showed me parking manoeuvres yet. He doesn't work for passmefast anymore but he is still contracted to finish his hours with them so in reality he doesn't care. I still have 10 hours with him and 2 weeks before my test

These company does operate like a scam company. I was coerced into making a payment before reading their terms and conditions. The person I spoke to over the phone said, my details are needed to register me. After registering, I finally had access to the crucial information that states my deposits is non-refundable. I explicitly told the person I spoke told the person I spoke to how urgent I wanted this stage sorted, they agreed and said it will be very quick, gave them my timescale, which they brushed off to say, “we will get everything done in no time”, only to then book my test for February. I understand these things take time, however being lied to in order to make payment, knowing the fee will be non-refundable, has all the hallmark of a scam, regardless of their non-refund policy. So I will like my money back! This company is a scam and this is my second encounter with them. Over priced and a scam!

Informed all the way up until first lesson and quality of instructor very high. Good explanations and clear instructions.

PassMeFast definitely are the way to go! I had a Lovely instructor, Richard, who absolutely was sent from heaven :)! Not only was he nice and kind, but he also was genuine. He Genuinely took his time to analyse my driving, alongside my personality traits, as i can be quite an anxious and quite hard on myself sort of person. He’d completely have me relaxed and feeling confident whilst cracking the most funniest jokes, reassuring me that i am actually a good driver! I passed this morning with only a few minors, (the nerves got the best of me😂!) 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳!

Vera, she was guiding me since the day I was trying to register and all the process way to meet the driver, she was very friendly on her messages and replies fast.

My instructor was fantastic. Really made learning to drive simple and easy. We always had a good laugh and got so much out of the lessons.
