Mediocre at best. My driving instructor, Mal, was amazing. Very patient, explains things in a easy, and simple way to understand. The company PassMeFast itself, well that's where the issues lie. I had taken 25 hours prior to booking with the company, so I ordered the 20 hours intensive, with a free practical test included (as they advertised the intensive course is a guarantee pass), along with paying for 2 extra practical tests to guarantee a higher success. I failed 1 test, rebooked it, but had it pulled forward by a few months (and failed that by one major.) I asked the company if they could offer anymore help or advice as they claim it's a guarantee pass, and if they could update my account as the test date they had selected me I had pulled forward, and failed it. They have been arguing with me for the last 2 months saying the test date has been selected (even though I had it pulled forward, failed it, and still have one test left with the company) and I need to arrive to it. I have rang up the DVSA to confirm if I am booked in, which they have also told me my name is not on the selected date. They still haven't updated my account, and they had told me because I've used my 20 hours of lessons already, there isn't any further help they can give me. Not a book, leaflet, advice on best way to pass, nothing. For the £1800 I paid for the 20 hour course, plus £150 for two extra practical lessons, it isn't worth it. I asked my instructor how much she charges directly, which was £35 an hour, which I had to pay for an extra 5 lessons as I ran out of my lessons through PassMeFast. Test costs £62 (from current date). You can download an app to look for cancellations on practical tests. Given no help, no advice, so how does this company charge so much, and give so little back? How is this a guaranteed pass course when they won't help you pass? I would avoid this company, look elsewhere or be patient and don't go for an intensive course through this company. I still have one practical test left through the company, so this issue is technically ongoing.

Would try avoid this company at all cost!!!!!!! Paid for a crash course with this company paid £1465 for 20 hours and theory, was waiting 3 weeks before I even received a date for theory, before I then decided to cancel the course as I felt the process was taking to long, I could have booked a test for the theory the day before I booked my crash course and still got in before it took them. There is nothing fast about it. Then to top it off they kept £290 from what I paid for the full course for whatever reason! Speak to you like you’re stupid on the phone absolutely shambles of a company. Says up to 10 working days for refund been 2 weeks and still waiting to receive refund.

LEYLA - The Senior Resolutions Handler has been a god send to our mental health team. She has over the past 6 months put our service users account on hold, chased missed lessons, reimbursed him, arrange a whole new programme (which he was sadly unable to take up the offer due to ill health) and has been an integral connection for us during what’s been a very rocky road. She is a huge credit to PASSMEFAST who have at times not been suitable for our service user. She has gone above and beyond in her capacity to resolve issues and support our gentleman. This company is shockingly bad. I am surprised they are still operating, there is clearly nobody monitoring this ongoing scam. Quick to take your money and do not deliver an appointment any sooner than waiting for the test centre. STAY AWAY from this ‘company’

STILL NO RESPONSE OFF THE RIP OFF merchants I will keep posting this intill I get my money back I've seek kegak aid and they will be contacting you. I repeatedly asked for my money back with no response..and you put my account on hold but did not tell me this intill I avantuly got threw...I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!

Awful experience, their guarantees are completely inaccurate, I have been waiting months for a test, they have told me to look for other tests myself when i was told they would do that for me, they essentially stole my money, please look anywhere else.

Disgusting service. Paying a premium to receive a slower time to get a test! They had attempted to charge me an awful amount of money as well for this apparently fast service. I would not trust this company with any money whatsoever. Especially the fact that they knew I am a student and money is tight and deliberately try to take more money. Do not go with this company for your driving tests!!

The salesperson will tell you they're flexible and will find a test date suitable for you within the timeframe you need. In reality, they have no flexibility on their test dates. They do not ask for your availability. I received my first test on New Year's Eve which I had to reject because I wouldn't be at uni during this time. I also wouldn't be able to have lessons in the promised 7-days prior to my test because it's all bank holidays. By rejecting this, I waived away my rights for a refund. I've not recieved any more suitable tests, even though there are tests available on sites like Testi. I turned to PASSMEFAST to relieve some stress with finding tests/intructors but it's turned into a huge stress in my life. I've lost a large sum of money. No one is interested in booking me a test I can make. I recommend you record your first phonecall with the salesperson, in case things don't work out.
