Really impressed with the service I received. I had ordered 2 tealight holders, and unfortunately one was damaged during delivery. Having got into touch with them, they sent out a replacement the very same day, without hesitation. This has arrived safe and sound and I now have two very pretty tealight holders which I can't wait to use!

Disappointed to find out that our order (that stated 1-2 weeks delivery) would be delayed by 3 weeks, but with Covid, I expected some sort of delay. I replied simply to ask if they had a date for delivery (or even a rough estimate of the week) but no reply- again, contacted a second time on Friday and still no reply! Beginning to wonder if I’ll see my order at all!

The customer service has been really helpful and very quick to respond. I notified them about a broken glass shelf which happened in transit and a replacement was sent out to me very quickly.

Still waiting for delivery a week after order with no communication beyond initial order confirmation email.

Whilst the product arrived on time, It is not what I had hoped for and I have since emailed the company twice to authorise a return, but am still awaiting a response.

I ordered a clock and got a message saying it was being delivered on Wednesday 6th but still hasnt arrived

Couldn't supply the table I had ordered for several weeks. Contacted me immediately and made refund quickly. Although I haven't actually purchased from them the customer service was very good.
