Ordered but sent wrong item Customer service not great. Overall, I wouldn’t order from this company again

Wasnt very happy with the packaging. The box was flimsy and ripped when it arrived it was also wet .I know that's not your fault.Also when we took it out the box and tried it on the wall it was twisted so my husband gently twisted it back .The price I paid to be honest I'm a bit disappointed with the purchase .if I could send it back I would have done as I dont think it is value for money.quite a bit overpriced in my view.
