Luggage Forward picked up & delivered as advertised, with pickup and delivery update emails provided. It was expensive, but worked exactly as we needed.

The luggage was picked up promptly and everything was intact upon arrival. The Fed Ex pick up person helped with the label.

Luggage forward took the hassle out of moving luggage through an airport, especially with being older. I arrived and my luggage was in my room. The same worked in reverse. I have recommended this to numerous people since it was such a positive experience. I will never travel the same again.

With my husband’s mobility issues it is great to be able to send the big cases ahead. It makes traveling much easier.

For first time user needed to understand delivery options better- ie. “Date certain” vs range of not after xx. And request for signature/ warm handoff at delivery vs. bag drop w/ no contact. Misunderstood delivery date and had relied on stated date, as my actual return was a week after bag pick up at Pier upon completion of cruise. Was stuck scrambling to find someone to retrieve my bags from an unsecured hallway 6 days before my scheduled return. Lots of anxiety and limited follow through when I contacted LF office from abroad. Otherwise service worked well.

Luggage was pickup and returned on time .ONE OF MY BAGS WAS DAMAGEDbut I called and was told MY INSRANCE WOULD PROBABLY COVER IT

I needed my boxed bike shipped home after a tour. The driver that picked up my bike was timely and walked down a closed street to carry the box to the van. My bike was delivered on time in good shape.

Excellent experience; company delivers exactly when and where it promises. Dealing with customer service after pickup was also easy and quick (I had put the wrong stateroom number on my luggage; email response from customer service was almost immediate). I would highly recommend luggage forward to other travelers.

Seamless, smooth and quick. No hassles or drama and very easy to communicate. Tags etc. arrived when they should and deliveries went well. All excellent. In fact, I received my clubs back home to USA less than 48 hours after collection in Scotland.

All went to plan luggage was at our cabin on arrival at cruise port. How nice it was to just do hand luggage on our long haul flights made the airport less stressful. On return all went well and having 2 days before the washing arrived was also a novel experience. Also enabled me to pack without concern on the weight that my husband would have to lift.
