I started using this service as a convenient and reliable way to transport luggage to destinations. It is a stress free way to get multiple luggage without the hassle of lugging heavy suitcases to and from airports & destinations. As a mature adult traveling with a spouse with limited abilities it has really made a significant contribution to traveling. The convenience of the tags being provided, excellent communication and reliable delivery is well worth the money and hassle free.

Easy pickup ! Luggage in suite when we arrived ! It was great. We were doing city visits with a cruise in the middle so we just shipped our cruise specific clothing ! A little disconnect on pickup, cruise should have known exactly where to put the suitcase, they had to ask around. In the end worked perfectly and delivered timely back home ! ( we did round trip luggage )

Initially, my luggage was picked up during the time frame given. It was delivered where I needed it on time. For the return, my 2 suitcases were picked up. They were delivered earlier than the date I was originally provided when I made the reservation. I was kept informed of the change in delivery. I was emailed when the suitcases were delivered. I chose where I wanted to have the suitcases picked up and delivered. I was able to choose a location where I knew someone would be as there would not be someone at my home the day of pick up and delivery. I have referred the service to at least three people who I know travel. I will use again.

It was easier to drop off the luggage at the fedex office than wait at home.

Luggage arrived on time both ways. I was unhappy that I had to pay an additional fee while it was in transit because they said the address was incorrect. I gave them the exact bearth address of the Queen Mary. Frankly even if the address was wrong it's a huge ship that docks often in the same place

The luggage labels arrived at my house 3 days after I booked this service from the USA to New Zealand. My luggage was picked up earlier than expected. Fortunately I had put it outside for collection 3 hours earlier, so this was not a problem. There was a double up with another courier arriving the following day to pick my luggage up. Better to have too many rather than no one. I had regular tracking updates throughout this experience, and my luggage arrived at its final destination 2 hours prior to our departure. All went extremely smoothly thank you!
