The service was great from beginning to end. Our luggage was picked up on time and it arrived in our cruise cabin the day we boarded the ship. I loved being able to track the suitcase as it shipped. I will use this again.

FedEx came and got it on time. The luggage was deliver back to me in four days after docking. I am older and traveling is not as easy as it used to be. This gives me the ability to travel.

Your drivers arrived exactly when they said they would. Our suitcase was in our room shortly after we When we got off the ship your representative was there in plane sight to collect our luggage. Our suit case arrived home days earlier than we thought. We are so happy with your service.

One piece of luggage had a big hole in it, we had to replace it. The other piece, a brand new “Away” luggage had a number written in magic marker that we have not been able to get off. Not sure why anyowne would have to write on it! But they arrived on time which is critical!

There were issues getting bags to Barcelona for a cruise, so we canceled that leg of the plan. When we arrived in Civitavecchia (the Rome port) the representative was nowhere to be found. No other passengers used this service, and the ship's agent was clueless as to where to find the company representative. Calls to the USA number went on hold for more than a half hour, as did a call to the Italian number. Finally one of the port agents used an unlisted number to find the courier, who arrived a hour later. Basically very poor service. It isn't clear why Cunard recommends them. A miserable experience. Avoid at all costs.

This was the first time I used Luggage Forward and was a bit unsure of the results, but they were very positive. The rep was at the cruise terminal to get my bag as I exited from the ship. It was a holiday weekend, and I chose a later date to receive bag, but I actually received it a day earlier.

Our luggage was delivered extremely early and dropped off at the destination point, but unfortunately in Arizona which was 114 degrees the luggage sat outside in the heat. I had to have another person the next day go and retrieve the luggage. Other than that the process worked.
