Luggage Forward is very reliable and professional in safely moving luggage from place to place. Only problem was they delivered it sooner than projected, and we were not home yet.

I was facing a long flight sequence with three different air carriers, and shipping my bag directly to the cruise ship instead of repeat airport checkins made so much sense to me. I did have to plan ahead and have everything ready to go early, but the Luggage Forward shipping service was on point and on time, and my bag was right there when it was time to embark. This was my second time using the service under similar circumstances and I find it really worthwhile for the peace of mind and convenience it provides.

Bag was picked up when it was supposed to be and delivered when it was supposed to be.

So easy! We were on a cruise to cold Greenland, then heading to the Caribbean. It was wonderful to pack all our jackets, boots, hats, gloves, etc. and send them home from St. John's. We just put the bag outside our cabin door and 6 days later it arrived at our friend's house back home. Would highly recommend this service!

This was a first time experience and it went flawlessly. My luggage even arrived a day before scheduled in the aftermaths of a hurricane.

Pick up and delivery were timely or better than promised. However, both suitcases were damaged when delivered to ship: the handle of one was torn and the telescoping grip of the other was jammed. Shipboard maintenance was able to fix both, but when received at home the telescoping grip of the one was jammed again.

The process of getting my suitcase to where it needed to be was excellent. Where they fell down was in not knowing that there was a holiday in Barcelona on the day that I wanted my suitcase returned home. That meant that the pickup day had to be moved 1 day past when I was in the country and the hotel was not going to take responsibility for the pickup when I wasn't checked in. This almost turned into a disaster but luckily I was able to find a DHL office near the hotel and was able to arrange for it to be returned home.

We are very happy with Luggage Forward. Our luggage arrived at the hotel in advance of our arrival. The return trip was very fast. It arrived at our home the day after we arrived. Everything outside and inside was in good order as well.

Excellent service! My baggage was picked up in Chicago and was waiting for me in my cruise ship's stateroom in Dover, UK. I decided at the last-minute to ship three bags home from Dover's cruise ship terminal. Even without much advance notice, my bags arrived without a hitch back home, earlier than anticipated!

This is the second time I've used Luggage Forward, both through Cunard. First was October 2022 to send the ship clothes from home in the USA to Southampton to be put on the ship; second was September 2024 to send ship clothes home from Southampton after a trip. It is a convenient though somewhat pricey service.

Even though, we decided later in the cruise to use your services, arrangements were made, pick up was made and we received our bags at home earlier than expected. Will use again, for sure!

Although the item was picked up a bit ahead of schedule, the shipment and delivery wa flawless.

The whole process was so smooth. With my back issues it made my life so much easier.
