Our luggage was picked up at home and delivered to the cruise liner cabin. At the end of the cruise all we had to do was to set the luggage outside our cabin door, where it was picked up and sent to our home.

Booking portal was so easy! I was late making the reservation and called the help desk who were super friendly and unbelievably helpful and efficient. Luggage arrived at the destination on time without any damage. I highly recommend this service.

Pick up snd delivery on time as promised

Our luggage was picked up from our home on time. What was unexpected was the speed of delivery to the hotel. We specified the delivery date, but it’s actually “on or before” that date, and our luggage arrived to the hotel 8 days early. If Luggage Forward actually communicates with the hotel to have luggage stored, that process was not apparent to us, and we had to contact the hotel to ensure storage. This might well have cost us a fee, and caused needless stress.
