Better Batt gives great customer support: speedy, friendly replies to emails (and this was between Christmas and New Year); and the product(s) are very good quality as far as I can tell. The battery I ordered just before Christmas arrived quickly, fits my laptop perfectly, and is working well.

I have dealt with Better Batt on a couple of occasions, most recent was 24th September 2024. The warranty they offer on their batteries, is pretty outstanding. I don’t think any other battery supplier offers anything close. Their batteries are good quality and very fairly priced. Their customer service people are really on the ball and respond quickly. Items arrive quickly. They do ‘ONLINE’ Extremely well. Just great to deal with.

I noted the extended lead time (around one month) when ordering and was advised by Hanshaine the same via email after ordering just to be sure I knew and was happy with that. Communication was very good during the order and upon arrival, the battery fitted perfectly and worked well in a first gen iPod and bought it back to life. Great service at a good price.

I did not pay attention to the delivery date, and the company's employee emailed me that it would be delivered in a month (as was mentioned in their product description). I requested a refund, and they refunded my money in a minute. Very reliable and accessible to business.

I don't often buy things online and was expecting a lot of hassle when my battery failed to charge but after one quick phone call explaining the problem Better Batt sent out a replacement battery straight away. It actually arrived 2 days before the notification email came to tell me it was despatched! Kudos to Shine who took my call and was friendly and efficient.

I fix computers for a living and require replacement batteries from time to time. Basically, kudos to yourselves because you told me you were unable to supply the batteries I needed in this instance, but, you offered me some suppliers that may be able to assist me in my quest. I had a problem with the initial battery I purchased for just $23.99. I advised the company who responded immediately. They not only replaced the battery at no cost but were incredibly attentive in following-up with me to ensure the new battery was working to expectation. This is the best customer service I have experienced in many, many years and the new battery is perfect!
